"IL PUNTO" B&B is the closest B&B to Policlinico Gemelli principal entrance (150 meter).

It’s sited on the last floor of the palace, reached by an elevator, with a lovely terrace.

Each private room has air conditioner (cold/hot), radiator, private bathroom, TV and WIFI connection.

The B&B management is typically family business. If you wish, we are ready to support you in your choices: tourist places, theatres, restaurants, tour itinerary, and so on.

Every morning you can have your breakfast: brioches, biscuits, milk, coffee, tee, and so on.

During spring and summer season, if you wish, you can enjoy the breakfast and the rest in the solarium place. The linen change and the locals cleaning are made or every customers change or two times at week. Animals, of any type, are not admitted. SMOKING BAN inside the whole apartment

Great location (very close to the Gemelli Hospital, reachable on foot in a few minutes). Room well-kept and clean with an internal bathroom and a large nice terrace attached.

Small apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom, very nice and spotless. The room is spacious and equipped with a television and Sky, with a large terrace. Francesca, the owner, was very welcoming despite our remarkable delay. The apartment is well-kept in every detail and is very close to the Gemelli Polyclinic and the Gemelli station, making it easily reachable. Highly recommended.

The structure is clean and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen offers the espresso coffee machine, the stove, and much more. You will find capsules and various things to eat for breakfast, including a spectacular donut cake. The location is very convenient for reaching Gemelli. There is the possibility of parking. A few hundred meters away is the train station, Gemelli station.

I can only leave a more than excellent review. The owner is exquisite and genuinely cares that everything goes well. She is truly courteous. The apartment is really nice, well structured and has a terrace where one can relax. You can cook, it has everything you need. Nothing is missing, really. Thank you for the kind hospitality. Riguardo la colazione, per noi affittacamere non sarebbe previsto il servizio di prima colazione, tuttavia riteniamo che sia cosa gradita per i clienti avere la possibilità di trovare un dolce fresco artigianale, dei dolci confezionati, latte, caffè nespresso, dello yogurt o succhi di frutta in frigo, per poter iniziare al meglio la giornata. Grazie ancora.

Structure located in a somewhat peripheral area, a stone's throw from Gemelli Hospital, but well served by public transport, including the train that connects it to Tiburtina Station. The owner of the structure was very kind and helpful, meeting any needs or issues related to the stay. Large terrace with a small living room belonging to the room to enjoy the coolness of the Roman evenings. Excellent, fast, and friendly communication.

Clean and comfortable room, tastefully equipped terrace. Mrs. Francesca very helpful. Only flaw: the driver who was supposed to pick us up and instead left us stranded in the middle of the night asking for a surcharge of 30 euros on the agreed and greatly inflated price (35 euros for 4 km), so a total of 65 euros for 4 km. Overall, I recommend it and I would come back myself.

Structure near Gemelli Hospital, but with easy access to move around the city center, with a train connection just a stone's throw away. Beautiful room, clean with a large terrace. Homemade cakes for breakfast every day. Kitchen available for use. Francesca always ready to answer any request or question. Excellent.

Mrs. Francesca is a very friendly host. Upon our arrival, she kindly welcomed us and left us a delicious homemade cake for breakfast the next day. The room is simple but comfortable and clean, and the apartment is equipped with everything that may be needed for a short stay. Beautiful apartment, very clean. Strategic location especially for the Policlinico Gemelli but still very close to the Gemelli station where you can take the train and then the metro to the city center. Owner available and very kind.

The cleanliness is perfect and the host extremely kind and available. Even during the winter the terrace is spectacular and relaxing. Breakfast is abundant and the real added value, testifying the attention of the host towards her guests, were the accessories of the hair dryer. I strongly suggest this quiet accommodation whether you ravel for work or tourism.

Well-kept and clean, inside a quiet building. Very close to Gemelli and urban mobility services. Francesca was wonderful. Excellent value for money, it is the best place I have stayed near Gemelli. I will return and I really recommend it.

There is such a good vibe there. Miss Francesca is very welcoming and her cakes are awesome! The position is very comfortable. You can reach by foot the Gemelli hospital, and the subway as well. The rooms are clean, wide, and very bright, and you can have a nice time on the wide balcony where you can lay back on the couches among the plants.

Very beautiful the house, an attic, extremely well-kept, the terrace with sofas and plants, the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable en-suite bathroom. The rooms, large and beautiful, are only two but being few contribute to creating an absolutely warm and familiar atmosphere. Abundant breakfast, designer furnishings. But the surprising thing is the kindness of Mrs. Francesca, owner of the B&B, always ready to give you a smile with her elegant kindness, in short a place to relax after a day of work or tourism. Highly recommended also because of the excellent value for money. It will become my point of reference in Rome.
