Dear visitors, we are delighted to welcome you to our establishment located in the charming Villa on Viale Roma 42, in Velletri.

After many years of experience in the hospitality industry with the Bed and Breakfast Il Privilegio, we have decided to continue our business with a new concept: the Family Guest House Affittacamere, which exclusively offers accommodation services. However, you will still find the same spirit of hospitality and harmony that distinguishes us. Please note that breakfast service is not available.

Our establishment is situated in Velletri, a small town at the foot of Mount Artemisio, just 39 km from Rome. The location is advantageous, a short walk from the city center and the bus and taxi service station (Piazza Garibaldi). The other main squares of the city can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as well as the Hospital and the Court. To reach the train station, we recommend taking a shuttle bus that is approximately 1.8 km away. From there, you will find frequent trains to the capital, Rome.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 70% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottima l'accoglienza, gentilezza ed efficienza nella gestione della struttura, ottima la pulizia e l'igiene, raffinato l'arredamento. Ottima la posizione nel centro della città e la comodità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cortile.

Tutto di buon livello, peccato che la colazione non sia prevista nella struttura ma è compresa nel costo della stanza e da consumarsi presso un vicino bar.

L'unico handicap e la colazione, per il costo del soggiorno la matrimoniale 65 euro al giorno per poi andare al bar e per colazione un semplice a scelta caffè/te/ cappuccio/ più un cornetto diciamo colazione scadente.

Ho soggiornato brevemente per una notte, camere pulite e confortevoli. I gestori molto gentili mi hanno consigliato dove poter mangiare alla sera e sono stati più che cortesi a rispondere alle mie domande.. Se passerò in futuro a Velletri sicuramente il Privilegio sarà il mio appoggio.
