In 2017, the Loreti Family realized their dream of acquiring a charming two-story building located in the historic center of the town, aiming to create a space where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty and traditions of Bolsena. Today, this dream has come to fruition.
Our B&B welcomes travelers to a residence that harmoniously combines the authentic charm of the village with contemporary comforts. Five rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, overlook the picturesque main street, offering glimpses of daily life. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a memorable stay: elegant furnishings, high-quality linens, and comprehensive amenities to meet every need.
A fully equipped communal kitchen is available for guests to prepare hot beverages, quick snacks, or reheat food. To start the day with a sweet treat, we offer our visitors a breakfast voucher to be used at a renowned pastry shop just a short walk from the B&B, where they can savor delicious local specialties.

We stayed at this B&B last weekend and had a really good time. Loredana, the owner, welcomed us with great availability and kindness despite our delay. Although breakfast is provided outside the property, the option chosen by Mrs. Loredana was more than excellent. A B&B to keep in mind for future visits to Bolsena and the surrounding area. Very charming B&B with rooms located on different floors in a historic townhouse in the center of Bolsena, just a short walk from the historic center and the castle area or a pleasant walk along the lake. Spacious, bright and tastefully furnished rooms. The two ladies who welcomed us at check-in were cordial and helpful. Definitely recommended for those stopping in this beautiful area of the Tuscia.

The property is in the center, just a stone's throw from Lake Bolsena, and is spotless. Mrs. Loredana is very friendly, what can I say, we can't wait to return.

Very nice place, quiet and clean. We had access to a garage to store the bikes. We were provided with towels to clean our bikes. The included breakfast was a bit disappointing; we received a croissant and coffee. Otherwise, well done, very well located in the city center.
