You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni presso questa struttura. I gestori sono cordiali e simpatici, la pulizia è il punto forte del B&B, la posizione è buona poiché vicino alla stazione metro di Ottaviano.

Mi sono trovato molto bene. signora Sonia molto gentile. Ottima struttura in posto strategico. A pochi isolati dalla fermata Ottaviano della metro. Ottima location per chi ha come obbiettivo il Vaticano o per esigenze lavorative il Tribunale di Roma. Prezzo adeguato. Colazione sufficiente. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Our facility is located a few steps from all services. We are about 10 min. walk from the central Piazza S. Pietro and from the elegant Via Cola di Rienzo, not far from the Ottaviano and Cipro Metro stops that will take you to the main monuments of the eternal city of Rome in a few minutes, such as: Piazza di Spagna, Piazzale Flaminio, Via del Corso and the main shopping streets such as Via Condotti, the Pincio Park, Piazza del Popolo. And moving around Piazza Venezia, Circo Massimo, Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali.
