I Pini di Roma is located in the beautiful setting of San Giovanni. Despite being in the heart of this historic neighbourhood of Rome, the bulding is surrounded by the quiet and the greenery of the nearby lovely liberty cottages, a few minutes to San Giovanni in Laterano Square, Tuscolana railway station and Re di Roma metro stop.
We cannot speak about San Giovanni without mentioning the many places of historical and cultural interest, such as San Giovanni's Basilica, with its stunning façade designed by Borromini, and the Scala Santa. But the area is not only known for its history: Via Appia Nuova, one of the main shopping streets of the Capital, revives days with its shops, café and restaurants, while the local bric-a-brac market in Via Sannio every morning gives a distinctive touch of color. And if all that is not enough, at sunset you can dip into the streets of Pigneto to enjoy a good glass of wine cradled by the jazz notes in its nightclubs with live music.
Thanks to the nearby bus and metro lines, you can easily reach any corner of the city to enjoy all the tourist and cultural attractions and make your stay in the beautiful Eternal City unique.

Very welcoming place. The manager is friendly and very helpful. The room is well furnished and well lit, everything is very clean. We had a great time and the quality-price ratio is excellent. We will definitely return.

If you want a room and want to feel at home, this is the ideal place. Great area just a few steps from the subway, with a pharmacy, market, tobacco shop, etc. I stayed there for two nights with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The rooms are brand new and very clean, and the managers are more than kind. Highly recommended.
