Home 103 is a simple and elegant bed and breakfast located in the heart of Rome, Prati district, right next to the St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums, both within walking distance.
The property is also 50 meters from Ottaviano Metro Station in a strategic position to reach zith a simple walk monuments like Castel Sant’Angelo, Navona square, Pantheon, Trevi fountain.
Near the B & B there are several paid guarded garages.
The B & B Home 103 is located in a beautiful apartment on the second floor of an elegant building and offers its guests three bedrooms all independent, comfortable, bright and finished, equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, digital TV, Wi Fi, bed linen and towels. Breakfast is free of charge.

Very satisfied with this establishment. The manager is nice and very helpful. Easy access via codes. Very convenient location near the Vatican. Room and breakfast are okay. The only small downside is the windows. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Nice location, walking distance from the city centre and most monuments and other sightseeings. Alessandro and his son are perfect hosts. They welcome us and they were always there for us whenever we needed them. The room was big, clean and most importantly safe. Breakfast is basic. The neighbourhood is safe, close to metro station and with many beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops of any kind. Highly recommended!

Top structure, I stayed at this fantastic bed and breakfast from September 26th to 30th with my boyfriend, who is now also my future husband (proposal made inside the room of this bed and breakfast on 09/28/22). I can truly say that I was quite satisfied with the room, the cleanliness of the facility... not to mention the breakfast, which for 2 people was plentiful to the extent that only my boyfriend was eating. Lastly, I speak about the welcome from Mr. Alessandro, an exceptional person, always available for every request, a sunny person always with a smile on his face! A top person! That said, if I were to come back to Rome for a weekend, I will definitely return! Additionally, I recommend it to everyone! A unique experience! A hug to Mr. Alessandro from the guys from Palermo.

Bed & breakfast in a great location, two minutes from Ottaviano metro station and ten minutes walk from San Pietro. Spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful manager (we were able to leave our luggage until departure in the afternoon). Kitchen too small for the number of guests and breakfast rather poor with only packaged products (some fresh bread would have been appreciated). The cleanliness could be improved. Bed & breakfast recommended for those who wish to visit the beautiful city of Rome.

Great hosts with Alberta and Francesco! Always available for us with good advice. Perfect location, 5 minutes away from the Colosseum, buses & metro to go to the city center or Vatican. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this B&B. Firstly, great location, 10 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square and close to the metro to reach the city center easily. Sandro, the manager, is very kind and helpful, the rooms are cozy and above all very clean (the photos seen on the website reflect reality) with a bathroom (in the room) that respected all hygiene rules. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone and hope to return one day.

A friend and I stayed 3 nights at this B&B. First of all, excellent location (2 minutes from Metro-Ottaviano and 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square). The manager, very kind and helpful, immediately made us feel at home. The structure is located a stone's throw from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums, and the city center is easily reachable on foot, but the metro is also very close, so you can get anywhere! The room was really spacious and beautiful! Sandro is super hospitable and available for anything! I highly recommend this b&b for staying in Rome and fully enjoying its charm.

From the new clean structure, to the very large rooms, to the superb kindness of the owner, to the convenient location (subway and tram almost at the door). Everything was perfect. I recently had the opportunity to stay at the property. I must say that the owner and his family in general are extremely accommodating and kind. It is enough to say that he provides bottled water himself to avoid purchasing it outside at a higher price. Beautiful room, equipped with every comfort, clean and tastefully furnished. Furthermore, the breakfast is prepared with care and with branded products. The location is truly strategic: about 70 meters from the metro A, Ottaviano stop, and two minutes on foot from St. Peter's. All around there are nice places to eat, bars, and shops. It is close to Via Cola di Rienzo. Additionally, at the time of departure, it was possible to leave the luggage until late afternoon and even refresh ourselves. The owner's son even offered to open a room to give us the opportunity to change. In short, if I returned to Rome, I would know where to go. Practically perfect stay.

I stayed at the property for a couple of nights during a work trip. Well: the level of cleanliness is high, the property is new, simple and functional, located in the Vatican area just 50 meters from the Ottaviano metro stop (line A). The rooms are not small, the TV works perfectly, and (if done with politeness and moderation) the manager even allows smoking at the window. The bathroom (always in the room) is very functional. There is even a bidet, the shower is in the box, hot water is never a problem, and it is clean both in the sanitary facilities and in the linen. The manager is very friendly: he hands over the keys and his phone number, as although he is not always present at the reception, he can provide assistance 24 hours a day. Breakfast is self-service, offered in a small kitchen of the property available to the guests. It is not exceptional (in the sense that for example the croissant is the supermarket one and not the freshly baked one from the bakery next door), but honestly it does not lack anything: toasted bread, butter, jam, milk, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juices, yogurt, croissants, etc. The room is cleaned every morning, and the walls are anything but thin. Lastly (but not least), the price is definitely affordable, making the services of the property far above what one might imagine (truly an excellent quality/price ratio). Next time I pass through the Capital, I will definitely return to this property.

Courtesy, good taste and attention to the customer are the adjectives to describe the manager: definitely one of those people who make hospitality an imperative. The structure, brand new and furnished with style, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome. The presence of metro and buses right outside makes it an excellent base for anyone who wants to enjoy "the eternal city" to the fullest. Try it to believe.
