Guest house furnished with attention to design, a combination of classic and modern style, to fit the historic building that houses it, a restored 1927 heritage protected by the Fine Arts.

Great as a starting point to visit the main places of historical and cultural interest of the city on foot or by public transport; the property is located a short walk from Lepanto Metro stop and is served by several bus lines that allow you to reach any destination, including the beaches.

Also recommended for people traveling on business, being in the area of the courts, the Court of Auditors, Rai and fashion agencies and sevices. Rooms with free LAN and Wi Fi.

The room was nice and clean. The area is stylish and rather quiet for Rome and not too far away. We had a very nice stay. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati benissimo, Daniele il padrone di casa ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è stato molto disponibile e ospitale, la casa è proprio bella, arredata con gusto, fresca e pulita, comoda per visitare la città in una zona tranquilla e ben servita!

Il gestore (Daniele) e suo fratello (Gino) sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la colazione (provocato dal bar dove il B&B è convenzionato) prontamente risolto. Il B&B è in un'ottima posizione vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Lepanto.. Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato qui con le mie figlie in occasione di un concerto e ci siamo rammaricate di non aver potuto rimanere di più in questo bellissimo appartamento. Il cortile interno dell'edificio merita più di una foto e la camera fornisce molto di più di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da un B&B (comprese le ciabattine di spugna da grand hotel). Grazie a Daniele per la disponibilità e la simpatia. Torneremo sicuramente.
