GreSi's Home is a fully renovated apartment, meticulously designed to provide a comfortable stay in the heart of Tivoli's medieval historic center. Its location, just a short walk from the main attractions, allows visitors to explore the city and its wonders on foot, enjoying picturesque views, vibrant squares, and historical landmarks.

The accommodation is situated within the limited traffic zone (ZTL), but convenient parking is available at the nearby Massimo parking garage, located about 350 meters away, or in a free parking area near the train station, approximately 700 meters from the apartment. A short flight of stairs leads to the apartment entrance, which is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room featuring a Smart TV, dining table, sofa bed, and heating/cooling air conditioning. The kitchenette is well-equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. For breakfast, there is a kettle, toaster, and Lavazza pod coffee machine.

Upstairs, there is an intimate and quiet bedroom along with a compact yet well-organized bathroom. The double bed features a five-layer mattress with an Aloe Vera cover, complemented by Memory Foam pillows. A Smart TV and independent air conditioning are also provided in this room. The bathroom includes a shower, extractor fan, and a courtesy set with towels, soap, shampoo/shower gel, and a hairdryer. The apartment also includes a washer-dryer, mosquito nets, and free Wi-Fi.

Within walking distance are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and all essential services. In under five minutes, you can reach Villa Gregoriana Park, known for its waterfalls, caves, and stunning views of the ancient acropolis. A ten-minute walk will take you to Villa d'Este, famous for its water features and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
