The six rooms at Gate 40 are complemented by the Living Room, a meeting place that overlooks the tranquil inner courtyard. In the Living Room, guests can relax by browsing through magazines or books available on the large central table, work on their computers while sitting on comfortable chairs or stools, or enjoy the products available in the refrigerator, such as water, soft drinks, and fresh fruit.
If the entire property is rented, which is also suitable for large groups of up to 14 people, the Living Room transforms into a real kitchen, complete with dishes and cooking equipment.
Gate 40 is not just a B&B, as all six rooms, including the Living Room, can be rented for large groups, up to a maximum of 14 people. The arrangement of the rooms can be adapted to the clients' needs, offering a variety ranging from quadruple to triple, double, and single rooms.
All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, soundproofed windows with double glazing, and free WiFi. The structure is completed by the Living Room with a fully equipped kitchen, table, chairs, stools, refrigerator, and oven. Additionally, each room has an iron and hairdryer as optional amenities.

Great location, cleanliness, value for money, kindness, and availability of the host. \nOnly note for breakfast: few seats available because the tables are occupied by a series of snacks, which perhaps should be placed on a shelf. Packaged snacks were not well-liked by other guests either, maybe it would be better to offer croissants or croissants to warm up in the oven and cereals in dispensing containers, more hygienic.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile il ristorante Piccadilly dello stesso gestore lo consiglio molto volentieri perché si mangia molto bene. La carbonara è favolosa ma anche il resto non è da meno.

I miei genitori hanno soggiornato al Gate e si sono trovati benissimo, la disponibilità dei gestori è stata impeccabile. Anche la pulizia e il cibo! Grazie, era la loro prima volta a Roma, non vedono l'ora di ritornare e di soggiornare lì..la vicinanza alla metro è stata perfetta!

Quel dommage que ce soit bruyant. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage et la place est très passante. On entend même les gens parler dans la rue.
Sinon la location est très bien, bien localisé, grande, la cuisine est un plus et le lit est grand et très confortable.
