Description

In Sabaudia Street No. 78, in front of the oven "THE HOUSE OF CAKE". Located at the foot of San Felice Circeo central 800 m. from the sea;
Being on the second floor (without elevator) it enjoys a panoramic view of the Circeo mountain and the sea and has all kinds of shops below (supermarkets, bakery, pizzeria by the slice, butcher, bar, pharmacy selling cheap first courses, restaurants etc..) local bus stops, with free evening and night services. The Breakfast is served at the bar below.

The B. and B. Gaia is with restaurants and nightclubs, Taxi (discounted prices, souvenirs, boat for use around the caves, coast and islands.) Kindness and free information in collaboration with the Pro-Loco (Gate Park) Local free tours Guides in the Circeo National Park and more...

The management has a good use of English and a bit 'of French and Spanish,
San Felice Circeo offers a wealth of history, museums and enchanted islands within a few minutes by boat, hiking in the mountains, canoeing on the lake and the spectacular beaches with sand and clear sea (photo Paola Torre) with crystal clear water reef (diving diving and scuba diving courses) with an unforgettable flora and fauna.

The same ancient Romans built their villas here and spa complex for their holidays and free time (even then) we are living testimonies, the villa of Domitian, and others. Famous actors, singers, writers and politicians have built here beautiful villas especially on the cliffs overlooking the sea of "red tip" and some of them remained loyal to the beauty of the place have found here their second home by being buried in the cemetery of St. Felice Circeo which Lupo Alberto and Anna Magnani in which they gave the name to the streets and the cinema of the old country.

In B. and B. "Gaia" breakfast can be served in your room, in reception or on the private balconies of the rooms.

Rooms range from a minimum of € 50. 00 (all double), then € 25. 00 per person to a maximum of € 170. 00 the four-seater.

The B. and B. offers the possibility of the rent of a daily and weekly super atrium on three levels with panoramic view (beautiful) overlying the B. and B. with four beds.

I stayed at the Gaia property and was disappointed. The location and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired, but the building seems like a summer house and needs renovation as it is very old. The kitchen is shared, something that was not clear from the information. I would have appreciated at least a small fridge in the room. Additionally, the room had an outdoor shower, a detail that should have been clarified. The breakfast was poor. Despite there being a pastry shop in front of the property, the services were in agreement with another bar. It was only possible to choose one food item (frozen) and one drink, or just coffee with a croissant, or cappuccino with a croissant, or orange juice. However, the orange juice replaced the entire breakfast. The parking has private spots along the street, without any protection to prevent strangers from parking. In the case of bad luck, you might find the spots taken by non-B&B guests. In the best case, it takes 15 minutes to leave due to blocking vehicles. The lower parking area is a rural space inhabited by cats and poorly lit, causing significant inconvenience. The rooms have antique doors about 100 years old, with identical keys, not very secure. Also, the water pressure and temperature are not adjustable per room. Overall, I would not return. I have stayed in several properties in San Felice Circeo and rate this one as the worst in terms of value for money.

The structure is located in a central location and is excellently served by many shops within a couple of minutes' walk. The free parking is also very convenient and the breakfast at the bar in front is excellent. The lady who manages it is very kind and hospitable. The sea is easily reachable by car (5 minutes) for the beaches of San Felice and 10 minutes for those of Sabaudia (Torre Paola). We stayed for 6 days and had a good time.

We stayed for two nights from 1st to 3rd June and we had a great time. The location is excellent, it is in front of the bakery, so on the main street, 10 minutes from the sea. The lady is very courteous and helpful, she offered us coffee and provided the availability of the fridge. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the street, with a view of the mountain. The ladies at the bar were super kind, they remembered what we had for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for the weekend but we had a great time. Both the lady Rita and the gentlemen at the bar for breakfast were very helpful and kind. The location is also excellent due to its proximity to the town center. I would definitely recommend it even for a week-long stay. Iole from Rome.

Strategic location (10 minutes walk from the sea), welcoming and clean with a good breakfast included. We were three guys, even though we didn't have a car, we found it easy to move around, both to go to the historic center and to do the shopping etc. Excellent reception, Gaia very helpful in everything and Rita very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very central area, fifteen minutes walk from the sea. Surrounded by all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, laundries, etc.). The room has a very large and comfortable terrace for eating outside, sunbathing, and the outdoor shower is very comfortable. Too bad for the barbecue which is very uncomfortable to use because it is made from a grill placed on a rectangular stone and the interior could be furnished with Ikea or similar low-cost furniture that gives a touch of modernity. The owner is very helpful and kind. Breakfast at the bar is not great because you have to leave the facility, it would have been better to have it inside.

We stayed at the penthouse apartment at a good price, as it was already off-season. Very welcoming, the terrace with its view gives you that extra touch. Mrs. Rita, a truly fantastic person. Her kind and helpful manner makes you feel like a guest and not a tourist. Just met, she already seemed like a dear friend you hadn't seen in a long time. The b&b Gaia is in a truly strategic location, within a 10-minute walk you have 2 restaurants where you can eat very well, without giving too much weight to the reviews. The bar where the b&b has an agreement serves good coffee. Also great is the private parking right under the b&b building. The only flaw is that we stayed for only 1 night. It means we will return. Not only for the many places still to visit, but for Rita's patience, kindness, cordiality, and knowledge of the history of San Felice Circeo. What can I say... Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Gaia B&B for two nights with my boyfriend and we had a really good time. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Also, one of the nicest moments of the 3 days was breakfast on the terrace! I highly recommend it as the location of the property and the private parking are really convenient too! I will definitely return!

I can confirm that I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. I consider the quality-price ratio to be excellent and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. Having breakfast on the terrace while enjoying a beautiful view is definitely a good way to start the day. It is well connected to reach both the historic center and the beaches, making it a strategic location for both fun and a peaceful holiday. The owners are very kind, they try to accommodate the customer's needs and are equally available for any kind of information.

Warm and professional welcome. Delightful and very clean room. This bed and breakfast is located in the town center, very convenient to reach all desired places, has private parking which is great to leave the car and move around with the shuttle to reach the historic center. Ps: very comfortable mattresses and pillows.

We took the triple room. In three, there is little space, but still it's enough. The highlight is the terrace, very spacious with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. You can have take-out meals. There is a large shared fridge in the structure's kitchen and a gas stove. The breakfast at the bar is not the best. Croissants and pastries are of low quality. Poor coffee. Mediocre toasts. What a shame. It's better to buy croissants at the nearby pastry shop. Gaia is very welcoming and provides good advice. The strong point remains the terrace.

Great Bed and Breakfast in the center of San Felice Circeo. Attic apartment with 4 beds and use of the kitchen recommended by the owners (I had chosen two rooms). Sunny terrace with sunbeds and outdoor shower. Possibility to have meals on the terrace. Below the Bed and Breakfast there are supermarkets and shops of all kinds. Affiliated with the Dolphin bathing establishment (a bit expensive, 80 euros for 2 umbrellas and 5 sunbeds per day, no possibility of discounts). The bar where breakfast is served is not great (rubbery croissants). Gaia, the owner, is very kind, smiling and polite. Parking available for cars. I recommend it.
