FreeStyle: B&B for demanding guests.

SANITIZED AND CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENT - VACCINATED MANAGERS - For health safety reasons, each of the three rooms has its own refrigerator, microwave, Brita filtering pitcher of 2,4 liters and an espresso coffee machine, so that you can have breakfast in complete autonomy.

Imagine an unforgettable experience in a city like Rome; imagine being able to travel and explore the world while enjoying the small pleasures of life; imagine staying in a luxurious and comfortable environment that will delight you at every step..are you dreaming?! Well, no, you are at FreeStyle B&B, the accommodation suitable for all your needs and comforts!
The B&B is located inside an ancient, elegant and noble building, built at the beginning of the twentieth century and certainly of Savoy-Piedmontese origin. The structure overlooks Viale dell'Università which, together with Viale Castro-Pretorio and Via XX Settembre, is one of the main orthogonal axes of the nineteenth-century street grid.

The building has preserved its original imprint: the large door is made of antique wood and gives access to the triumphal entrance characterized by a marble staircase; the facade is punctuated by openings with a sober frame and a smooth ashlar plinth.

A single floor separates the entrance of the building from that of the accommodation structure. To access it, you can use both the wide stairs and an antique twentieth-century iron and wood elevator, still in perfect condition.

The B&B has legal standard facilities, emergency lights with a safety exit indicator and a smoke detection system in every area.

Our structure is covered by third-party insurance (coverage for damages to third parties connected to the activity carried out by the structure itself).

I stayed at this property during Easter and Easter Monday, I was supposed to go with someone but due to a technical problem I went alone and Mrs. Clarabella was extremely kind, I immediately felt at home. She was helpful and flexible and the room, very clean, is beautiful. The location where the FreeStyle B&B is situated is near the metro so it's very easy to move towards the destinations you desire most. I will definitely return because I was truly fascinated.

The FreeStyle B&B was a great choice for our anniversary trip to Rome. Most importantly, Clarabella was a wonderful host! Her communication throughout the whole experience - before, during, after - was superb. It was our first time in Rome and she offered helpful recommendations to guide our travels. During our stay, Clarabella was exceedingly kind and generous. She surprised us with her thoughtfulness each day and ensured that our room had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Freestyle is an easy walk from the Roma Termini train station, which made it convenient for our visit. We would recommend Clarabella and the FreeStyle B&B to anyone traveling to Rome.

Clarabella's house offers unparalleled hospitality, the place is extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for students as it is close to Sapienza University and Termini station, and the city center is easily reachable. Clarabella is a particularly kind and helpful host, it's not the first time I stay at her place and every time I come to Rome I hope she has a spot. Definitely the reference point every time I visit the capital, both for the location and cleanliness, but also for Clarabella.

We were guests of Clarabella at the FreeStyle B&B for several days, and staying at her bed and breakfast helped make our vacation very enjoyable. The room, very clean, detailed, with the balcony, the breakfast in the room, all very chic! From the property, you can quickly reach both the metro and the bus, and some tourist destinations can also be reached on foot, we walked to Villa Borghese. We will return to Rome and we will return to the FreeStyle B&B.

Spent 4 nights at the property located very close to the station with the possibility of using public transportation services (metro, bus, and taxi) to quickly reach the various areas of Rome and admire the wonders of the capital. My wife and I were able to appreciate the elegance of the property, the absolute respect for anti-Covid regulations, the cleanliness, and the amenities in the rooms to make the guests' stay pleasant. The owner is very friendly and available to meet any of our needs, and above all of admirable sensitivity. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to spend 4 wonderful days in Rome. Staying at Clarabella for two nights in October was a good choice! Great location to move around with public transportation and reach Termini Station on foot in a few minutes. Quiet neighborhood close to La Sapienza and a stone's throw from the San Lorenzo district to escape the chaos of the city center and discover a less touristy Rome. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Clarabella is friendly and helpful. We will come back!

It is the first Bed and Breakfast I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rome. The customer enjoys all the advantages they need. The B&B is close to the Roma Termini station, located in the city center, very quiet. It is very clean. The manager provides everything needed for every eventuality in the bathrooms and breakfast area. Recycling is respected by providing bins for each material. The welcome is impeccable, the manager is fully available for every need of the customer. All the comforts at a good quality/price ratio.

Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail, it's like being at home, if not better. You can find everything: from the most common amenities (TV, fridge, bathroom complete with soaps, towels) to small attentions like microwaves, slippers, deodorants, sanitary pads for women, glass and plastic cups, napkins, in short: hard to say what it doesn't provide! Extremely kind owner and available for your requests, convenient area, 10 minutes walk from Termini station. Highly recommended structure, I would go back!

The overnight stay was fantastic, the lady is kind and helpful, the rooms are well cleaned, scented and beautiful, each one different from the other. The breakfast is excellent, varied and well stocked with quality products. The rooms are soundproofed and vehicle traffic is not perceived in the room. What can I say, everything is fantastic.

I'm sorry I can't give scores higher than 10, because Clarabella, the owner of the FreeStyle B&B, and her property deserve them all. Exceptional person, super helpful for all customer needs. Property cared for in every detail, you can see all the love and care, 5-7 minutes from Termini, in a quiet area, but perfectly connected to the center, well served by public transport, but also if you prefer to walk. I can't wait to come back, even for longer stays, it deserves a lot. Highly recommended.

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso B&B e posso affermare con certezza che la realtà ha davvero superato le aspettative: la struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione Termini, con diverse fermate della metro e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi l'Università Sapienza. Oltre alla comodità, il B&B è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, la pulizia è rispettata in ogni angolo e le misure di prevenzione per Covid-19 sono tutte scrupolosamente adottate. La titolare, Clarabella, si è mostrata veramente disponibile per qualsiasi motivo durante il mio soggiorno: una persona che mette il cuore nel suo lavoro. La colazione è stata sempre abbondante e varia, con frigo e dispensa sempre pieni. Se dovessi aver bisogno di un altro B&B a Roma tornerei sicuramente al Freestyle, oltre che consigliarlo a tutti!

Fin dal primo approccio la signora Clarabella ha dimostrato empatia e professionalità, impressione confermata all'arrivo in struttura. Sono state prese le misure di prevenzione con misuratura della temperatura ed invito ad indossare ciabattine monouso. Gel disinfettante, mascherine monouso e salviette di carta, sempre disponibili. Distanziamento assicurato. Non avrei trovato la stessa cura alloggiando in un hotel. La stanza, arredata finemente, era attrezzata con un kit sanitario e la colazione varia ed abbondante. Clarabella ha l'arte dell'ospitalità nel sangue! La ringrazio e spero di ritornare con più calma con tutta la mia famiglia

Ho soggiornato in questo fantastico b&b per una sola notte, ma è stato il miglior pernotto della mia vita. Le camere, situate in un palazzo antico di straordinaria bellezza, sono a dir poco perfette: pulite, spaziose, accoglienti e rilassanti. Tutto è molto curato, fin nei minimi dettagli. Anche a colazione erano presenti solo prodotti di qualità. La posizione è comodissima per andare in centro, la stazione Termini è a pochi minuti di camminata. A rendere il tutto così incantevole è stata Clarabella, gentilissima fin dalla telefonata. Si è mostrata cortese in ogni momento e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio. La migliore accoglienza che un ospite potrebbe avere. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare qui per vivere un magnifico soggiorno ad un prezzo superconveniente!

Struttura situata in un palazzo antico con un androne bellissimo dove si ha l'impressione di tornare indietro nel tempo. La cortesia della titolare va assolutamente sottolineata perché è stata oltremodo carina nel rendermi disponibile una sistemazione in una situazione per me di emergenza rispondendo alla mia richiesta pressoché immediatamente. La stanza era molto accogliente e pulita, dotata all'arrivo di un kit per igiene e protezione individuale oltremodo utile visto il periodo. Colazione molto abbondante, con prodotti molto buoni ed ampia varietà di scelta. La vicinanza alla metropolitana, raggiungibile a piedi, è fondamentale per spostarsi in città, così come la stazione Termini, sempre a pochi minuti di cammino, permette di raggiungere la struttura provenendo da fuori città. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura veramente carina e molto ben tenuta in un bellissimo palazzo d'epoca. La titolare, di una gentilezza e disponibilità notevolissime, mi ha fatto trovare un kit di dispositivi protettivi per l'emergenza sanitaria completo di tutto. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. La struttura è centralissima, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini ed è a pochissima distanza a piedi dalla fermata della metro B Castro Pretorio, aspetti decisamente non da poco per chi deve spostarsi. È inoltre vicinissimo all'università ed al policlinico Umberto I. Consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Only 2 minutes away from the Termini train station and from the metro, just a couple blocks away from some of the most notable Roman landmarks, tourist attractions and stunning historic centre, and surrounded by cozy and yummy restaurants. On top of this, Clarabella is not only a wonderful host, but also the sweetest and funniest Roman mum, you will be crazy about her. She is absolutely one of the most generous people I've ever met in my life and having met her has definitely enriched my life. Rooms are spacious, absolutely clean, well furnished and comfortable, with AC and pay tv. What more could you ask ?

Gestore cordiale, educata e disponibile. Molto comodo 300 metri da termini, quindi collegata bene, camere pulite e piene di accessori phon, creme ecc. Tutte con bagno in camera molto comodo. Caffè con cialde superlativo, frigo pieno. consigliatissimo.

Un soggiorno gradevole in un Bed and Breakfast meraviglioso. Gli ambienti molto puliti e la disponibilità dei gestori hanno reso speciale il mio soggiorno. Raccomando il B&B Freestyle sia per brevi che per lunghe permanenze, per famiglie, ragazzi, per chi soggiorna in capitale per lavoro. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini e Tiburtina, vicino all'ospedale Umberto I. I gestori sono estremamente accoglienti e mantengono tutti gli ambienti puliti e sanificati, anche più del dovuto, e visto il periodo Covid, questo rende il soggiorno più sereno e sicuro. Questa struttura merita un dieci pieno! Sicuramente la mia scelta ricadrà su questa struttura per i miei futuri viaggi a Roma. Davvero il TOP!

Ho alloggiato al Freestyle B&B per due notti e mi sono trovata molto bene grazie anche alla cortesia e gentilezza di Clarabella che mi ha fatta subito sentire a casa. La camera è accogliente ed elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia e la sanificazione sono a dir poco eccezionali. La colazione è abbondante e soddisfacente in ogni sua varietà di gusti. Consigliatissimo!

Questo B&B é una struttura deliziosa. Una location dove si respira il sapore di un tempo in una chiave decisamente moderna. Gli ambienti, la zona comune e le camere sono molto confortevoli e dotate di ogni necessità. La struttura è interamente sanificata, mi sono sentita al sicuro. La cura dei dettagli e la ricercatezza dei particolari fa di Clarabella una padrona di casa come poche. Disponibilità, accoglienza, pulizia, tutte al vostro servizio. Inoltre, la posizione é ottima per visitare i luoghi di interesse più importanti della città eterna. Da provare assolutamente, non rimarrete assolutamente delusi.
