We are in the center of Rome, in the Prati district, just a few meters from the subway stop (line A - Ottaviano), from St. Peter's Square, and the Vatican Museums.
The residential neighborhood is peaceful and dynamic.
Everything is within reach and close at hand: shops, trattorias, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, cinemas, and theaters.
The public transport network is extensive: trams, buses, and the metro are just around the corner.
The Umbertine Palace, built in 1920, has beautiful private gardens, a doorman, and an elevator.
The apartment has recently been renovated and the furnishings are tasteful and functional.
The B&B offers guests two quiet and comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The "Sun room" is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the inner garden.
The "Starfish suite" is a triple or quadruple room on two levels, with an adjacent private bathroom.

Matilde's apartment was situated close to the Vatican in a very nice area. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Matilde was extremely helpful, the perfect host. We would certainly stay there again.

Simple B&B but very convenient to visit Rome, 5 minutes timed from Ottaviano stop and various bus stops, very close to many trattorias and other types of restaurants. Very kind and helpful owner at all times, only downside the bathroom outside the room and a bit dated (but for exclusive use of the room and very clean!) and the breakfast good but a bit limited because served at a bar. Overall good value for money, I recommend it and we could go back.

Delightful B&B consisting of two rooms. We were two couples and so it was, for us, like being at our own home. Matilde (the owner) was not only precious in advising us, before our arrival, on possible places to visit and especially book, but also upon arrival and during the stay she was of exquisite courtesy. Cozy rooms with all the comforts: in addition to heating, there are heat pumps, a Nespresso coffee machine, very comfortable mattress, well-equipped bathroom, all in a well-served, strategic and very quiet area in an elegant building.

A perfect place to visit Rome. There is a lot of information available directly in the accommodation. The directions to reach the accommodation are provided by the manager and are very clear. The manager is fabulous.

Lovely place for various reasons. Definitely the room, spacious, comfortable bed, walk-in closet, large fridge. New bathroom with a large tub. Nothing was missing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, etc. Great location: a stone's throw from the Vatican Museums and the metro station. Quiet neighborhood, elegant building. The hostess, Matilde, is very kind, she gave us excellent advice. We will definitely come back.

For My Friends B&B is a fabulous place to spend some beautiful days right in the center of Rome just a few steps from Piazza San Pietro. The rooms are large, extremely clean, and welcoming. The host is a wonderful and extremely helpful person. Highly recommended!

The hotel is close to subway stations and offers easy access to many attractions. There is also a local atmosphere. I slept well in a quiet and clean room. The host is a very kind and nice person.

Esperienza memorabile in questo B&B che è un gioiello.
Ho soggiornato nella camera doppia Sun Room: stanza e bagno impeccabili e di grandissimo gusto.
Amore e cura dei particolari mi hanno colpito subito: questo B&B ti entra prima negli occhi ma subito dopo nel cuore.
Camera ampia, silenziosa e luminosa con un comodissimo letto matrimoniale e un'infinità di dettagli che trasmettono una piacevolissima sensazione di "casa" e di grande professionalità.
Matilde è stata una padrona di casa indimenticabile: accogliente, discreta e puntuale. Non si risparmia! Un grazie di cuore va a lei.

Buon pomeriggio sono stata presso questa struttura con una coppia di amici dal 23 aprile al 25. Che dire? Tutto semplicemente fantastico. Pulizia al top, posizione al top, la signora Matilde disponibilissima e per finire la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno al bar adiacente alla struttura servita da una coppia simpaticissima. Lo consiglio al 100 per cento, evviva Roma. Luisa da Verona.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. It is very thoughtfully and stylishly set out and furnished with absolutely everything you might need. Matilde was extremely welcoming and helpful and helped us to organise our taxi return to the airport. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the outside space was much much larger than it appeared in the photos and a welcome retreat from the busy streets.

Matilde is the owner and like a perfect hostess shèll make you feel welcomed and pampered and she will provide all the necessary tourist information. The B&B is furnished with elegance and good taste, near to the Vaticano and near of the subway.
Formy friends B&B is a haven of peace in Rome. I'll come back as soon as possible.

Una piacevole esperienza in un B&B in posizione eccellente sia per il turismo che per lo shopping, ben arredato, pulitissimo. San Pietro e i musei vaticani sono a poche centinaia di metri, Piazza di Spagna a 2 fermate di Metropolitana. Matilde, la proprietaria, è una persona squisita e molto disponibile. La colazione è eccellente e varia e su richiesta comprende anche piatti caldi senza nessun sovraprezzo. La prossimità alla metropolitana, distante solo 200 metri circa, consente di muoversi con facilità, cosa importante a Roma.

Qualche tempo fa i miei zii sono venuti a farmi visita, cogliendo l occasione per visitare Roma in pochi giorni. Ho allora deciso di prenotare per loro un soggiorno al for my friends, la scelta si è rivelata perfetta. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse della città. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Ultima ma non meno importante la padrona di casa Matilde è stata gentilissima e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dalle prenotazione per i musei alle informazioni più varie. I miei zii sono rimasti talmente soddisfatti che ancora ne parlano.. !

Sono sempre molto contenta quando posso ritagliarmi del tempo libero per visitare Roma, e per farlo scelgo la base migliore: il B&B ForMyFriends è pulitissimo, ottimamente servito da metro e bus, vicinissimo al Vaticano e gestito con rara cordialità. Ma la vera coccola sta nella colazione, che spazia tra croissant e frittatine, taglieri di affettato o torte della casa.. per affrontare pieni di energia ogni sorta di pellegrinaggio!
