Description

We are in the center of Rome, in the Prati district, just a few meters from the subway stop (line A - Ottaviano), from St. Peter's Square, and the Vatican Museums.

The residential neighborhood is peaceful and dynamic.

Everything is within reach and close at hand: shops, trattorias, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, cinemas, and theaters.

The public transport network is extensive: trams, buses, and the metro are just around the corner.

The Umbertine Palace, built in 1920, has beautiful private gardens, a doorman, and an elevator.

The apartment has recently been renovated and the furnishings are tasteful and functional.

The B&B offers guests two quiet and comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The "Sun room" is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the inner garden.

The "Starfish suite" is a triple or quadruple room on two levels, with bath en-suite.

Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle with a selection of teas, and a Nespresso machine.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Matilde's apartment was situated close to the Vatican in a very nice area. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Matilde was extremely helpful, the perfect host. We would certainly stay there again.

Delightful B&B consisting of two rooms. We were two couples and so it was, for us, like being at our own home. Matilde (the owner) was not only precious in advising us, before our arrival, on possible places to visit and especially book, but also upon arrival and during the stay she was of exquisite courtesy. Cozy rooms with all the comforts: in addition to heating, there are heat pumps, a Nespresso coffee machine, very comfortable mattress, well-equipped bathroom, all in a well-served, strategic and very quiet area in an elegant building.

A perfect place to visit Rome. There is a lot of information available directly in the accommodation. The directions to reach the accommodation are provided by the manager and are very clear. The manager is fabulous.

Lovely place for various reasons. Definitely the room, spacious, comfortable bed, walk-in closet, large fridge. New bathroom with a large tub. Nothing was missing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, etc. Great location: a stone's throw from the Vatican Museums and the metro station. Quiet neighborhood, elegant building. The hostess, Matilde, is very kind, she gave us excellent advice. We will definitely come back.

For My Friends B&B is a fabulous place to spend some beautiful days right in the center of Rome just a few steps from Piazza San Pietro. The rooms are large, extremely clean, and welcoming. The host is a wonderful and extremely helpful person. Highly recommended!

Memorable experience in this B&B which is a gem. I stayed in the double room Sun Room: impeccable room and bathroom of great taste. Love and attention to details struck me immediately: this B&B captures your eyes first but soon after your heart. Spacious, quiet, and bright room with a very comfortable double bed and a myriad of details that convey a very pleasant feeling of 'home' and great professionalism. Matilde was an unforgettable host: welcoming, discreet, and punctual. She spares no effort! A heartfelt thank you goes to her. I plan to return!

Good afternoon, I stayed at this accommodation with a couple of friends from April 23rd to 25th. What can I say? Everything was simply fantastic. Top cleanliness, top location, Mrs. Matilde very helpful, and to top it off, the breakfast included in the stay at the bar adjacent to the accommodation served by a very friendly couple. We had a lovely time in the apartment. It is very thoughtfully and stylishly set out and furnished with absolutely everything you might need. Matilde was extremely welcoming and helpful and helped us to organise our taxi return to the airport. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the outside space was much much larger than it appeared in the photos and a welcome retreat from the busy streets.

Matilde is the owner and like a perfect hostess she'll make you feel welcomed and pampered and she will provide all the necessary tourist information. The B&B is furnished with elegance and good taste, near to the Vatican and near to the subway. For My Friends B&B is a haven of peace in Rome. I'll come back as soon as possible.

A pleasant experience in a B&B in an excellent location for both tourism and shopping, well furnished, very clean. St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums are just a few hundred meters away, and the Spanish Steps are 2 Metro stops away. Matilde, the owner, is a lovely and very helpful person. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and upon request, it also includes hot dishes at no extra cost. The proximity to the metro, only about 200 meters away, allows for easy movement, which is important in Rome.

Some time ago my uncles came to visit me, taking the opportunity to visit Rome for a few days. I then decided to book a stay for them at For My Friends B&B, the choice was perfect. Optimal position to reach all the city's points of interest. Clean room equipped with all the comforts. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Last but not least, the landlady Matilde was very kind and available to meet any request, from museum reservations to various information. My uncles were so satisfied that they still talk about it.

I am always very happy when I can carve out some free time to visit Rome, and to do so I choose the best base: the B&B For My Friends is extremely clean, excellently served by metro and bus, very close to the Vatican and managed with rare cordiality. But the real treat is in the breakfast, which ranges from croissants and small omelettes, cold cuts platters or homemade cakes, to face all kinds of pilgrimages full of energy!
