Description
Our Bed & Breakfast, our home, is located three kilometers from Castel Gandolfo, the papal residence.

The rooms are spacious, bright, air-conditioned, and non-smoking, with private bathrooms.

We have a small, well-kept, furnished garden with free access, where you can also dine.

There is a parking space within the B&B, and a large, free private parking lot a few meters away for larger vehicles and work vehicles.

Hello, I'm Fabiola. I have been running my B&B for nearly twenty years in the small town of Due Santi, located in the Municipality of Marino, which is the place where I grew up and hold dear. From time to time, I enjoy trekking, guided tours, and simply taking walks around the Castelli, which allow me to discover unique spots to admire Rome, the sea, the Castelli, and especially our beautiful sunsets. In my free time, I engage in activities that relax my mind, such as dancing, walking, reading, chatting with friends, and taking trips to the surrounding areas, as we say in Rome, "pe spezzà l'aria. " I wish you a pleasant, carefree, and emotion-filled stay, of course, at my B&B. Fabiola.

We are on the hills, surrounded by lakes, vineyards and olive groves in an optimal position for visiting Castelli Romani and Rome. The small hamlet in which we find ourselves, Due Santi, is quiet, away from traffic, and the streets that run alongside it will lead you to the nearby lake of Castel Gandolfo/Albano full of trendy bars, restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and beautiful beaches equipped with possibility to rent pedal boats, canoes, sailing and kayaks.

Fabiola went out of her way to make the overnight stay enjoyable. A lovely person. We had the double room with en-suite. The location was excellent, about 200 m from the main road and the local Cotral bus to the airport (10-minute journey). We would definitely stay again.
