The Guest House Evergreen represents the ideal hotel setup for the one who wants to lodge in a comforting environment, with the whole disposition services and in full historical centre in Rome. The hold proximity with the more imported aims yourself of interest of the capital what, the Basilica of Saint Maria Maggiore, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Street Veneto, makes our very comfortable hotel to visit walking the masterpieces of the eternal city. Moreover the proximity to the Station Central Rome Termini, allows to quickly stir in any other point of the city, using the means of transport public (bus, meter, taxi).

The hotel is managed to family management and is continually renewed for offering the best comforts to our clients. All the rooms are with the inside bath, TV-LCD, wifi free access internet.

In our hotels we can organize tours for those clients who would like to visit or see the historical and monumental places around Rome and other major cities that show the arts and culture of Italy.

Termini Station and the Metro are 150 meters away.

Small facility located in front of Termini central station, so really convenient if you are just passing through like we were. The room was small but had everything we needed. The stairs/elevator are a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage but it's a completely solvable issue. The manager is helpful, responds to messages and is very friendly. Check-in is easy and fast! Thanks again!

The establishment is located just a few meters from Termini station. The owners are truly courteous and available to explain the features of the room and provide all requested information. The room is very cozy, well-furnished, but above all very, very clean and functional (television, wi-fi, refrigerator, bathroom in the room). Excellent value for money. We will definitely choose Evergreen again when we return to Rome.

B&B very well located (a stone's throw from Termini station). Clean and welcoming. My room, a single not very large but quiet, clean, equipped with air conditioning, TV and fridge. In my case, an excellent solution. I think they also have larger rooms. I will definitely come back.

The location is close to Termini station and was quite convenient, although a bit farther from the cluster of attractions. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and nice to have AC. The host was easy to reach and relatively flexible. The only notable downside was the limited reception times, so we were told that the earliest we could drop off our bags was 9:30 am and they only stored luggage until 1 pm. We also missed the line at the very bottom of the policies stating they only accepted cash payments. The nearest ATM seemed to have incurred extra fees. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Despite the April 25th holiday, the price is too high compared to the services offered. Breakfast is not included, only a vending machine for drinks is available. The room was clean upon arrival, but for three nights only the trash cans were emptied and the beds were not made or basic supplies like soap in sachets and toilet paper were not restocked. The bill was settled at the beginning and recorded on a piece of paper.

The location is absolutely perfect. The building is nice, it has a security code. You need a code to enter. You need a key to enter the floor door and your bedroom door. It's a very quiet building, a very quiet floor. The room size was decent. I would recommend people to this place. The price being close to the train station was affordable, and if I ever came to Rome again, I would take into consideration staying here again. \n\nMy only defaults and disappointments are \n\n1. I paid for a double and they put me in a single, they refused to give me a refund for the amount that I paid for a double knowingly that they put me in a single room. \n\n2. they knew they had plumbing issues and did not inform me until two days before I had to leave when they asked me to move rooms so a plumber could come in. And when I mentioned that the bathroom smelled like sewer, they told me they didn't smell anything. \n\n3. I also informed them that the Internet was not working in my room and they told me that no other customer was complaining so there was no proof in that matter. \n\n4. I asked them why they charged me for a double when they put me in a single, and they refused to answer me which makes me very disappointed and upset, and the fact that they charge you more than the world that I got, and refused to give me a refund for the balance of the difference. \n\n5. As nice as it was that they cleaned the bathroom every day, the fact that I was not given any warning that they would come into my room on a daily basis, and the sheets were not changed, was weird. \n\n6. When I got there to give them my credit card to pay for the balance, they kept asking me to pay with cash. I said I was never asked for that and I'm not gonna pay a fee, so they would have to take my credit card.

I went to Rome for a mini vacation with my daughter and I chose the Evergreen structure for its strategic position, very close to the station and for the positive reviews that convinced me. I must say that in person it is better than what I had read. A praise to the managers who accommodated my schedule, my requests and were available in everything. A special mention for the cleanliness of the room and common areas. Surely if I had to come back, I would choose this b&b again, recommended especially for those who do not want extravagance but a simple, yet extremely clean structure, with very kind managers.

I found the Evergreen in a central building, near the station, quiet, welcoming, and promptly informed. The single room is small but well-kept and the bed a bit larger, comfortable. Considering the price, one could think of including coffee at the vending machine. Welcoming staff, the only difficulty in the evening is the opening of the door and the visibility of the keypad for the code.

We have just spent the weekend in Rome and were pleasantly surprised by this property, especially by the very convenient location just steps away from the train station and metro and by the extreme cleanliness of the room. The staff were very kind; on Sunday we had to check out at 10 a.m. but they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure time in the afternoon. I would definitely come back.

During my stay at Evergreen, I had the opportunity to appreciate the property and its hosts for several reasons: the cleanliness was impeccable, every day, coming back from outside, I found the room clean and tidy. The managers were both courteous and super helpful from the very beginning (also, they gave us a lot of valid advice on where to eat or have breakfast). I also appreciated the fact that a tourist map of the area and one of the metro were available in the property, which were very useful throughout our stay, as well as the presence of a small mini-bar. The location of the B&B was very convenient for a group like ours and allowed us to make the most of the proximity of the metro to reach the entire city without any problems.

Structure in a building very close to Termini station, they gave me a very spacious family room even though I was alone. The room had all the comforts: TV, fridge, spacious bathroom, wifi, comfortable bed, I asked for an extra towel and it was given to me without hesitation. Convenient hot drinks vending machine (for a fee but at a really low cost). I didn't really appreciate the cash payment but it was specified so I was aware.

Apartment adapted in a building near the station. The room is recommendable: small queen size double bed but the room has just been renovated, clean and with new furniture, small bathroom but tidy, clean and everything is functional. There is a reception only in the morning: it was inconvenient to agree on the arrival time (even though arriving at the indicated time), it was not possible to leave the luggage in storage when leaving after 1 pm.

I stayed in the single room for one night, I am used to traveling and have stayed in many hotels and bed and breakfasts. The convenient thing is definitely the very close location to Termini station and the fact that it is a building with an elevator. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable in the room, really small, with a small piece of furniture attached to the bed I bumped my head, the heating was not on and I was cold. I also found it uncomfortable to use the sink which has a glass plate as an object support too close to the faucet. I think the price of this room could be lower, considering that there is also a city tax of 3.50 euros to pay.

We stayed at the Evergreen for 4 nights and we had a great time. As soon as we arrived, Fabrizio's wife welcomed us and kindly explained everything about the room and the structure, also leaving us 2 city maps explaining the routes to get to the center and recommending some places to have lunch. Really very kind, friendly, and cordial. The structure, very close to Termini station, allows you to easily reach the center thanks to the bus and metro connections. Our room, although small, was very nice and welcoming, it had the essentials for those like us spending a few days in the capital. Very important, the room was cleaned and tidy every day. A truly pleasant stay, the managers always available and friendly. Recommended.

The area is quiet and peaceful even though it's a short walk from Termini Station. There are bars for breakfast and typical restaurants nearby. We had a really great time. Very nice structure, beautiful, clean room, with everything we needed for our short vacation. 2 minutes from Termini station, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, tobacco shops, in short, everything. The owner is a lovely person, we asked for information about a good restaurant with typical Roman cuisine, she recommended one nearby where we ate divinely. We stayed at the b&b Evergreen in Rome from June 17th to 20th. The reservation for two double rooms for two couples was made several months in advance. The disappointment was receiving a phone call from the owner two days before the start of the stay, informing us that due to a broken pipe, the two double rooms were not available and that, if we were okay with it, they would move us to a quadruple room (with bunk beds, the person who was supposed to stay is over 70). To our complaints, we were told that if we were not satisfied, we could look for another place. Two days before departure, with prices skyrocketing and little availability in other accommodations, we had to accept the owner's proposal, giving him the benefit of the doubt. When we asked for explanations from the owner, we were told that those rooms were in a different location (it is noted that from the Bed-and-Breakfast.it website a total of 7 rooms in Via Milazzo 23 in Rome are indicated, so the owner's response seems unlikely) and that he had done us a favor by charging us a total of 20€ less (the switch from two doubles to one quadruple with bunk beds, when in reality, proportionally, booking a quadruple instead of two doubles, the difference should be greater) and giving us a room with air conditioning, which was not included in the doubles (when in reality, from the website, all rooms are indicated with air conditioning). So, we will absolutely never return to this place.

A friend and I stayed at Evergreen for 3 days in Rome. The weather was very hot, but the air conditioning worked well (although at an extra charge). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fabrizio offered helpful suggestions for dining when we asked. The location is convenient to Roma Termini station and other sights and activities. Overall, a very good value.

Excellent bed and breakfast, also equipped with a great coffee vending machine at the cost of 50 cents! Very central location, close to the train station, situated in a quiet building. The room I stayed in overlooked the inner courtyard, therefore soundproofed from any noise. Extremely clean rooms, with a mini fridge in the room, TV, and air conditioning for hot and cold weather. Very kind and helpful owners. Excellent value for money, for a structure that seems more like a small hotel than just a bed and breakfast. Recommended!

I stayed at the Evergreen property in early February. The owners were very courteous and friendly, also because they allowed me to check in late. The welcome was excellent and I found the room very functional and clean, equipped with all the necessary comforts. I highly recommend it also for its proximity to Termini station from which you can go anywhere.

We stayed for a weekend, the place is nice, very clean, the managers are very kind and the location is great as it's steps away from Termini station and you can move around both by public transport and on foot. I will definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend and I had a great time: the Evergreen facility exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and tidy; the managers were very kind and helpful; we found coffee machines with various pods and a kettle for tea at our disposal; very convenient as it is close to Termini station and various food stores. Highly recommended, for sure if we return to Rome we will choose this structure again.

Great compromise for a clean Bed and Breakfast, well taken care of in every detail. Warm welcome and staff always available to meet customers' needs. I didn't try the breakfast, not being able to do it (I gave 6 because it didn't allow me to send the review and because my option wasn't there). Highly recommended.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast excellent location in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Termini station with connections to all metro lines! Available and very kind staff. The only flaw is that the mattresses are slightly hard! But overall, I give a rating of 9.
