EuRooms B&B is situated in the elegant and quiet district EUR
in the south of Rome, about 7 km from the city center and 20 km from the two main airports (Fiumicino 20 Km, Ciampino 18Km).

Located in a quiet and private road, EuRooms B&B is fully renovated and officially opened in April 2013.

Strategically well located in front of the Metro station Eur Magliana (line B), where you can reach easily and quickly the major points of interest of the City (Colosseum is just 6 stops, Termini Station 8 stops, Ostia beach 6 stops)
EUR is a residential and commercial district surrounded by green parks and historic buildings typical of neo-classical architecture.

All rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, with a private bathroom, shower, air conditioning, balcony, heating, TV, radio and free wifi high-speed 30 Megabit/s.

An Italian breakfast will be consumed in the lounge.

In the neighborhood there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

This was a wonderful experience! I stayed with my 16 year old daughter from the US. Franchesco was helpful with directions and ideas for sights to see, the place is very clean & modern, the location right off the metro was excellent! Just minutes from downtown Rome, when we had phone trouble he helped us, we survived on wifi which he had available, he is warm & friendly, his English is very good! We highly recommend Eurooms B&B, this was recommended to us by a local friend who lives in Rome blocks from this B & B! Thanks for everything Francesco. Becky & Madison.

I stayed here recently with a friend on a city break. The location is perfect, right next to the EUR Magliana station on the Metro B line. The B&B is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment block (with a lift!) so it really feels as if you live in Rome. The B&B is very spacious, modern & clean. We stayed in the largest room which was very comfortable. The apartment is all newly refurnished and there is a large kitchen/dining area where breakfast is available every morning. The hosts are very helpful & friendly and gave us good advice on local sites & getting around the city. I'd definitely stay here again. It really was the perfect base. We had a great time.

Ich bin jetzt zum 2. Mal mit meinem 11. jährigem Sohn in das B&B untergekommen. Das erste Mal waren wir über das Pfingstwochenende hier. Ich muss sagen, es war diesmal wie nach Hause zu kommen! Der Betreiber Francesco ist super sympathisch, herzlich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer/Bäder sind großzügig, hell und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist zwar einfach aber sehr lecker und typisch italienisch. Man kann sich selbst bedienen was sehr praktisch ist. Die Lage ist perfekt da die Metro Linea B direkt vorm Haus ist und man in wenigen Minuten zum Colosseum oder in ca. 20 min. nach Ostia Antica oder Lido di Ostia (Meer/Strand) gelangt. Zusätzlich ist es auch möglich zu Fuß das Zentrum des EUR zu besuchen. Sicherheit: vor der Metrostation stehen täglich Polizei und Militär. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen, das steht fest!

Francesco è stato un ottimo padrone di casa: ci ha aspettato al nostro arrivo e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per la gestione delle stanze e dell'area colazione. La struttura è pulita, le stanze ampie e l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione della metro EUR-Magliana: perfetto per chi, come noi, deve recarsi in zona per lavoro.

Finalmente ho un po' di tempo per scrivere (con molto piacere) questa recensione: che dire, veramente il sig. Francesco é una persona di una gentilezza incredibile ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire come fossimo a casa propria, il posto e molto comodo per spostarsi la fermata della metropolitana e a 20 metri dalla struttura. Un posto pulito e calmo. Noi siamo stati benissimo e dovessimo mai tornare a Roma non esiteremo ad andarci da lui. Grazie Francesco di tutto.

Francesco è estremamente gentile e accogliente; la struttura è spaziosa e luminosa, molto pulita e ben tenuta, in posizione decisamente tattica in particolare per il Palalottomatica. La prossimità della stazione metro Magliana risulta certamente comodissima, anche se comporta una certa rumorosità (in gran parte però ovviata dai serramenti).

Casa pulita è vicina alla Palalottomatica, motivo per cui ho alloggiato una notte in questo B&B. Paul super disponibile e nonostante non fosse prevista la colazione erano presenti dei succhi di frutta, delle merendine e dei biscotti, oltre alla possibilità di fare il caffè. Davvero impeccabile, mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque abbia bisogno di alloggiare in zona EUR.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione comodissima perché praticamente attaccato alla metro (EUR Magliana). Dotato di ascensore, l'appartamento è molto pulito e confortevole. La cucina è ad uso di tutti gli ospiti e ben fornita. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte.

Ottima posizione (a fianco della fermata metro Eur Magliana); ottima accoglienza (Francesco, il proprietario, è molto ospitale e cordiale, davvero una persona squisita); stanza grande, molto comoda, ben arredata e rifinita e soprattutto pulita. Eccellente, lo consiglio. In generale, uno dei migliori B&B che ho frequentato e dove spero di ritornare presto. A voler cercare ad ogni costo un difetto, una piccola ritoccatina alla colazione lo renderebbe perfetto - ma va bene anche così.

La struttura è un po' fuori dal centro città ma si trova proprio a fianco della uscita EUR Magliana della metropolitana quindi comoda per raggiungere il centro. Camera grande, spaziosa e molto pulita. Tutto ristrutturato da poco. le finestre hanno i doppi vetri quindi insonorizzano abbastanza bene l'esterno. Ma il rumore della metro si sente comunque un po'. La cosa più fastidiosa non sono neanche i treni, ma piuttosto i messaggi registrati sempre uguali, che risultano un po' alienanti. Buona la colazione, con torta, fette biscottate, marmellate, caffè e latte. Avrei gradito ci fosse qualche yogurt, comunque si può fare la spesa e lasciare la roba nel frigo. Francesco è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso ve lo consiglio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo stati lì due giorni ed una notte per il concerto di Jovanotti al PalaLottomatica. Che dire: fermata della metropolitana a due passi, ampio viale per poter parcheggiare liberamente e gratuitamente, camere pulitissime con bagno singolo, tv a schermo piatto, free wi-fi, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, asciugamani e coperte soffici, pulite e profumate, cucina comune provvista di una vasta scelta di cibo per la colazione, stoviglie pulite ed ordinate, raccolta differenziata accurata per i rifiuti. E per concludere in bellezza che dire di Francesco, il proprietario? Un ragazzo simpaticissimo, gentile, disponibile e sempre reperibile dal momento del check-in a quello del check-out. E che vi porta pure i cornetti caldi la mattina. Cosa chiedere di più?

La posizione ottima, a fianco della metropolitana Eur Magliana, da li si può raggiungere il centro in due fermate. La struttura è nuova e piacevole, ordine e pulizia sono assolutamente irreprensibili, anche per i più pignoli. Il titolare è estremamente cortese e disponibilissimo. Un posto che terrò sicuramente presente per eventuali futuri soggiorni e che mi sento di consigliare.

Appartamento e stanze nuove e ben curate. Pulizia perfetta. Il titolare è disponibilissimo: ci ha consigliato itinerari, luoghi da visitare e persino pizzerie e ristoranti. I suoi consigli sono stati preziosi. Il portone del B&B è praticamente di fronte l'uscita della Metro, raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città è stato semplice e veloce. Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per 3 notti perché dovevo partecipare ad un corso nella palestra eurgym center, distante soli 10 minuti a piedi. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana Eur Magliana e inoltre a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima pulizia. La camera era pulitissima, asciugamani e lenzuola avevano un bel profumo. Il B&B è situato al 3° piano di un palazzo, è composto da varie camere con bagno privato. Appena entri c'è la cucina (zona in cui si fa colazione, fai da te. Pastine, caffè, latte, the, ecc ecc), c'è il televisore e il balcone in cui si può fumare che si affaccia sul piazzale dove c'è la metro e inoltre dove sostano sempre diversi taxi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ti aiuta per qualsiasi cosa e ti da suggerimenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo. Torneremo sicuramente. Il B&B si trova proprio nei pressi della fermata della metro Eur Magliana, comodo per spostarsi in città. La struttura è nuova, ben arredata, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Ho soggiornato per 12 giorni in questo B&B e mi sono trovata benissimo. Camera e intera struttura pulitissima e nuova, molto comoda la posizione in quanto, uscendo, ci si trova davanti la fermata metro a due passi da dove poter raggiungere i punti di maggiore interesse della città. Ho soggiornato soltanto 1 giorno presso il B&B Eurooms in quanto avevo necessità di raggiungere il lavoro con maggiore facilità nella mattina del sabato, essendo la struttura vicinissima all'autobus collegato a Parco dei Medici. Al di la dell'esigenza pratica, la struttura è moderna, pulita, tranquilla e in un'ottima posizione anche per i turisti, dato che è collegata alla Metro B a poche fermata dal centro della città. Nulla da dire anche sulla cordialità e disponibilità del gestore Francesco.

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione di un corso che si teneva presso un Hotel nelle vicinanze. Il gestore Francesco è stato davvero gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile. Il B&B è pulito, ci siamo trovate come se fossimo a casa. La metro è praticamente dietro la struttura, quindi è ben collegata. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri, B&B consigliatissimo, voto 10!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per un weekend di maggio ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Location tranquilla e molto strategica a due passi dalla stazione metro Eur Magliana, che permette di raggiungere facilmente e comodamente il centro di Roma. Il B&B è nuovo, arredato con gusto e molto molto pulito; la colazione "fai da te" è completa e abbondante. La camera, accogliente e spaziosa, è dotata di ogni comfort: bagno privato, balcone, collegamento wi-fi, tv e climatizzatore. Mi sono rilassata subito e mi sono sentita un po' a casa. Ma la parte migliore di tutte è il proprietario Francesco. È una persona che si prende cura di tutto, gentile, simpatica, cordiale. Eccezionale nel dare consigli su cosa vedere, cosa evitare, e come muoversi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato al 100%.

In questa struttura abbiamo pernottato due notti. Molto pulita, ben organizzata. Vicina alla metro Eur Magliana ci ha consentito di muoverci in Roma comodamente. Il titolare, francesco, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e si è mostrato molto disponibile ad indicarci e suggerirci, oltre ai luoghi dove andare, anche strutture commerciali accessibili. Sicuramente da ritornare se ci ritroveremo nuovamente a Roma.

Struttura pulitissima e ben rifinita. Il proprietario, Francesco, è molto simpatico e ti sa consigliare bene sui luoghi da visitare. Il B&B si trova in prossimità della metro Eur Magliana e questo permette di raggiungere qualunque zona del centro di Roma in pochi minuti.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto corrispondeva alle descrizioni e alle foto trovate sul web. Francesco (il gestore) si è rivelato poi una persona molto simpatica e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Ho soggiornato qui per 3 settimane per motivi di lavoro e mi son trovato bene. L'appartamento è nuovo e ben tenuto, la posizione strategica della struttura permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma (metro B) o il centro dell'Eur (vari bus e navette per i dipendenti). Francesco, il gestore, è molto simpatico e disponibile. Colazione fai-da-te. In definitiva, giudizio molto positivo, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Francesco è uno dei gestori di B&B + bravi e professionali che conosca. È super gentilissimo. Il B&B è completamente nuovo, a 30 secondi dalla stazione per andare in centro ed a due passi dall'EUR se lavorate lì. Super.

La struttura è molto bella, camere ampie pulite e con ogni confort. a ridosso della metro EUR Magliana, praticamente hai Roma a portata di mano. Francesco, il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene. Lo consiglio a chi ci viene anche per lavoro perché la metro è sotto casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti per andare ad un festival musicale allo Spazio 900, zona Eur. Il bed & Breakfast è di fianco alla linea B ed arrivare in centro a Roma è molto pratico e veloce. Le stanze sono praticamente nuove, sono pulite e ben tenute. Il gestore ci ha letteralmente viziato, venendo incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza, dandoci consigli e ci ha pure dato uno strappo al locale dove dovevamo andare. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Posizione comoda per chi vuole soggiornare anche per una sola notte dopo avere assistito ad un evento\spettacolo al Palalottomatica. Da tenere in considerazione la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente vicino alla struttura e la vicinissima stazione metro EUR Magliana dalla quale si può comodamente raggiungere il centro di Roma. Segnalo la disponibilità e gentilezza del gestore che si è prestato a consegnarci le chiavi della stanza a tarda notte causa nostro ritardo sull'orario previsto di arrivo. Alla prossima occasione soggiornerò nuovamente.
