The accommodations are in fact personalized in furnishing based on each theme of the individual element: "earth room", "fire room", "water room" and "air room". All rooms boast soundproof walls, free WiFi, air conditioning, soundproof windows, private bathroom with courtesy set in each room, fine porcelain stoneware floors, white wooden furniture, pure solid wood doors, tea service with kettle in each room, LED TV, safe. Refrigerator in the kitchen with usable and reserved shelves for each of the four rooms.
“Ether” the fifth element, the highest and purest space that will cheer up and make you remember your stay.
“Prati” is the neighborhood near the Vatican museums where the structure is located, personally managed by the owner Marianna, who will be happy to welcome you and assist you with a smile, providing you with all the necessary tourist information, the best restaurants to eat at and airport transfers.
The apartment is located in the enchanting, tree-lined and quiet Via Giunio Bazzoni 1, 500 meters from the "Ottaviano" metro stop, 50 meters from the bus stop to reach Piazza Navona and Trastevere and 200 m from Piazzale Clodio starting point of several bus lines to visit the whole city.
You will also stay a short distance from attractions such as: St. Peter's Square, Vatican Museums, Via Cola di Rienzo (1 km). Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Piazza di Spagna (1. 5 / 2. 5 km)

My name is Marianna and I am a lawyer who has decided to embark on this new work adventure! I am available to my customers and when I have free time, I like to prepare some homemade desserts and "spoil" my guests too!
The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovation. Each room has its own private bathroom with everything you need inside! Hairdryer, soaps (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, intimate cleanser), courtesy set, handkerchiefs. I chose everything necessary for the rooms and designed some furnishing materials such as the designs of the bathroom majolica, hand-decorated in Sicily. Each room has Daikin air conditioners, a kettle with tea bags, instant coffee (normal and decaffeinated), barley and sugar, and a flat-screen TV. disposable slippers and towel sets.
The property is located a 5-minute walk from the "Ottaviano" Metro stop. On foot you can also reach the Vatican museums (10 minutes) and St. Peter's Square (15 minutes). The Olympic Stadium is 2 km away. With a nice walk it can also be reached on foot or with 2 buses that pass 30 meters from the B&B. In the area you will also find excellent restaurants! From the typical Roman Osteria to excellent meat and fish restaurants. 100 meters away is the "SABOTINO" pastry bar in Via Sabotino, to enjoy an excellent aperitif! Furthermore, to further guarantee security, there is an army escort located at the door 24 hours a day.

Friendly welcome from those managing the property. Optimal location to reach the main attractions of the city, even on foot. There is also the Metro just a few steps away. Quiet area, no disturbing noise during the night and especially the presence of the army at the entrance of the building, which is not insignificant for security.
