Description
Bed and Breakfast in Rome-Center: rooms with private bathroom from 20 to 30 sqm.

Double / twin with one or two extra beds.

Located between two urban parks, the naturalistic one of "Pineto" (200 m) and that of the observatory "Monte Mario" (1 km).

At 50 m from a 6 km cycle path that winds through the natural park (from Monte Ciocci to Policlinico Gemelli and beyond) In one of the most prestigious buildings in Via Ugo de Carolis (200 m from the Roma-Balduina Urban Railway station; or Roma-Appiano; 1000 m from the Vatican Museums and from St. Peter's; 800 m from the A metro line station Cipro-Musei Vaticani; 10 m from the 990 bus line stop), architect Euro Rossi wanted to renovate and organize a B&B service in his own apartment and partly use it as a personal studio, from which he can assist his guests (making available his thirty years of knowledge and experience on the city and some museums in which he has directly contributed to the restoration and renovation: Altemps, Borghese Gallery).

The B&B consists of three large, bright and sunny rooms (all largely superior in size to the required regulations) with private bathroom in the room and equipped with terrace and / or balcony.

The furnishings are new, appropriate, sober, functional but elegant; all rooms are equipped with TV with DVD player; independent stereo system with radio, cassette and CD player, minibar.

These rooms are furnished with maximum flexibility and can be double or twin and two are equipped with a comfortable 'dormeusè that can be transformed into an extra bed designed for family or young stay.

The dining and breakfast area is spacious and bright.

The entire apartment is served by a modern, sophisticated independent air conditioning system.

Other services that can be offered to guests are:

- Car parking in a private box in the same building with access via elevator to the floor
- Safe box in the room
- City-bike rental.

The entire accommodation structure was created not with recycled or adapted furnishings but specially furnished, therefore it is aimed at a high-end clientele and is comparable to a 4-star hotel.

The owner collects vintage cars with which he organizes tours with driver / guide: American car 1974 oldsmobile delta88 royale cabriolet; English car 1960 morris_minor cabriolet; motorcycle with sidecar 1938.

My name is Euro ìm an architect by 50 years, my wife called Susanna is a teacher of Italian from 46 years. During my life and profession I attended the restoration and the establishment, among other, major museums of Rome (Museum Gallery Borghese, Palazzo Altemps, theatre Argentina, Napoleonic Museum, Museum Burchard) I know Rome and the city center almost like my pockets and I can suggest trips and excursions interesting and towns. We decided to open this B&B to stay in contact with people as possible and enrich and enhance the others; we speak happy with whoever he wants. Our B&B however, is structured as a hotel and everyone can maintain their privacy if they want because our. apartment of 380 /mq meters. has a private completely separate from the rooms for guests who may enter and exit freely and autonomously and with privacy. We have got a space for reading, good books and magazines, a corner with piano music that can be used, a breakfast room where you can also listen to music or browse many publications. In the end come to find you will not regret it.

The structure has a very convenient location but with dated furnishings and cleanliness that is just sufficient. The bathroom is very small and has broken and unusable shower components.

Terremo conto delle osservazioni della nostra ospite, e ci saranno preziose. Non capiamo tuttavia perché, se ha avuto questo giudizio negativo, sia tornata presso di noi. Era stata infatti già presso noi i primi di ottobre del 2023, da allora nulla è cambiato nella struttura, e neppure in noi. Mi spiace soprattutto per il giudizio sul gestore che ha avuto sempre 10 nelle altre recensioni, punto forte della struttura. Forse non concorda su alcune opinioni socio, economico e politiche. Non possiamo pensare tutti allo stesso modo, per fortuna e voglia il cielo. Per le insufficienze della doccia bastava palesarle, avremmo rimediato. Per gli arredi non li cambiamo certo ogni anno. Per la pulizia mi spiace ma un poco sarà dovuto anche al fatto che si mangia in camera. Ripeto mi spiace ma non si può accontentare TUTTI.

Great place, very clean and the owner is very nice. It is located a bit out of the main locations, but accessible by bus without any problems and within walking distance of a train station as well. Affordable.

I found myself very well. Very nice room with private bathroom in an elegant condo, easily reachable by public transport, bus stop right there and about ten minutes walk from the Cipro metro stop, very convenient to reach the center in a short time. Very kind and helpful manager. Recommended!

I stayed with a friend for just one night at this Eraflap B&B and we were both extremely happy! The location of the property is very close to the bus stop (and also the train) that quickly takes you to the center of beautiful Rome. The property is super cute and personalized to the maximum, making the place welcoming and making you feel at home, and in this the owners are the masters! Max provided us with all the necessary information to move around and his friendliness will always be in my heart! Hope to visit again soon!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is located near the buses, the subway, and 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who is very available. He speaks French and gives very good advice. The rooms are spacious. We had a very good stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is well located (20 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museum) and well served by bus and metro from the city center. The rooms are spacious (we were 4 couples) with a bathroom for each room. The owners are very welcoming (they speak French) and explained very well how to get around, moreover they arranged for us to park our minivan (extended traffic) in a garage. The Vatican and Rome are magnificent, very good stay.
