The newest ELION B&B, recently opened at the beginning of 2008, offers you all the comforts you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Rome.

ELION B&B gives you a warm welcome in a peaceful atmosphere and all the helpfulness and the discretion you desire, together with suggestions for a cultural tour and all the useful information to spend a pleasant time in Rome.

Our rooms are comfortable, spacious, bright and each having its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV and (on demand) wireless internet connection. Every time you will be coming back from your visit of the eternal city, you will find your room always put in order, as we care about setting it up every day.

ELION B&B, is located in a central area, in a refined building with a concierge service that ensures tenants safety. The B&B is easily accessible through public transport. From here you can easily reach all the unmissable places of the centre of Rome with a small transportation expense, thanks to the Metro situated immediately outside the building.

Area Nomentano

Located in the building above the exit of the metro B station Bologna, near the Sapienza University, Luiss, Hospital Policlinico Umberto, parks of Villa Torlonia and Villa Ada. Easily connected to: Centro Storico and the Vatican, the Eur area for conferences and fairs Roman. The airport Leonardo da'Vinci reached with Metro B, then the train from Termini station (3 subway stops B) and Tiburtina (the latter to be reached on foot in 10 minutes or get the Metro B) In the area there are many shops that facilitate shopping.
For fun of the youth the San Lorenzo area just few bus stops, where you can spend the evenings in pubs and entertainment venues.

I had a great time! Eva is a wonderful host and is always kind and helpful: she welcomes you with her cute poodle who gives you a lot of affection! My room was very cozy and clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. In each room there is a kettle with a wide choice of tea or herbal teas, excellent especially when the evening cold arrives. The coffee machine with pods, for a sweet awakening. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi, the TV and the bathroom is comfortable: in the shower, she provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for hair! This is not done by anyone based on my experience. There is a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, then Piazza Bologna is full of life and venues if you want to have fun and spend a pleasant evening with good food and good company. Highly recommended!

Nice and very clean room, as well as the bathroom. Towels and sheets were changed regularly. In the room, there is a small fridge, a coffee machine, a fast internet connection. The place is near the city centre and near the big train station Tiburtina. A metro station is just outside the building (10 mins to Colosseum).

Eva is a kind and diligent host, who offers to provide information about the area. The B&B Elion is old but very well-maintained and clean. The bathroom has been renovated and has all the amenities. I will definitely return if I have to go back to Rome.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location (metro in front of the door (3 stops to the main station!!), many restaurants, bars, breakfast places, etc., around). The interior is beautiful, and we felt at home. The host was a very friendly lady who made us feel welcome and at home. See you next time in Rome!

B&B Elion very well-kept and comfortable. Just a step away from the metro that takes you to the heart of Rome in 10 minutes. It is located in a university area near Tiburtina station, where you can find many nice places open until late. Kind and friendly host, gave us excellent tips on places to visit. Clean room equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee machine. All great! I will definitely consider this B&B for my next stay in Rome.

The host, Mr. Stefano, was simply fantastic and caring. The B&B Elion seems a bit old, but easily accessible. Probably an additional bathroom would have been the best. However, it is worth recommending.

The lady who manages the property is kind and helpful. The room is cozy, comfortable, and bright, even with a balcony and a nice view of the trees in Piazza Bologna (so there is some noise which, frankly, did not bother me - and if needed you can just close the window!). The fact that the (private) bathroom is external was not a problem for me, as it is right in front of the room. In the room, there is a kettle for hot water (with a wide selection of tea) and you can also make coffee with the machine in the living room. Nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.
