We had an excellent stay at Elio Donato. The property is even nicer than the photos. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there's an elevator up to the apartment if you prefer and for your bags. The apartment has two smart TVs, a dishwasher and three ice-cold air conditioners. The apartment windows are also soundproof and have full blackout shades that you can draw to get a good night's rest without any sound or light interruptions. The bed was comfy and the apartment was even better than the photos. The host was great; we were missing some dish towels to dry our hands (paper towels were provided but we did not want to be wasteful) and he even brought us fresh laundry detergent so we could do a small load of laundry. There was also an iron and ironing board provided. We had a wedding at Villa Miani which was a short walk. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I visited Rome from 09/04/2026 to 13/04/2026. Our trip turned out great, mostly thanks to the host of this property. He was everything we could have wanted. Also, the flat we stayed in was excellent in every way we could imagine. I don't have time to sum up everything. I'll just say that he gave us extra hours on our last day of stay so we could leave our belongings until our flight. I don't think this should be considered a standard practice, but this was a huge favor for us, because we had plenty of bags and didn't know where to put them during those six extra hours.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to feel good and spend a nice vacation. I thank Mr. Andrea for always being available and for the service provided.

Great apartment, clean, bright, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. Not far from the metro stop and well served by buses. Andrea, friendly, always available. For those who want to spend a few days in Rome, it is undoubtedly an excellent structure. Thank you and see you soon.
