Located in a quiet area of Rome, just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Villa Ada Park and only 10 minutes from Libia subway station, which will take you directly to the Colosseum and the main train stations of Rome Termini and Rome Tiburtina.

We stayed one night at the property. Positive note is the kindness of the owner. Regarding the room, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The curtains are dirty and stained, the shower has mold both in the grout and on the shower hose (broken). Several hairs on the sheets. A good steam clean on the floors and tiles wouldn't be a bad idea. Just a few improvements would make the room more welcoming.

I found this Bed & Breakfast very clean. It is located on the first floor of a condominium in Rome. The manager of the property was extremely kind and welcoming.

We had an amazing time there. It is close to the city but you can still experience the suburbs of Rome. If you are visiting with friends or family, I highly recommend the place. And have breakfast at the local cafes. It's worth it.

Excellent structure. Very quiet area. The structure is located about 800 meters from the subway stop. The staff is very friendly and kind. Very abundant breakfast. I highly recommend it. Experience to be repeated and I will definitely return to this b&b.

This B&B offers all the comforts you need! The staff is very happy to be of assistance when needed. I used to live in this area (Piazza Vescovio/Largo Forano). There are many shops of all kinds and the buses take you easily to the Metro A and B lines (Underground). City Centre can be reached within 30 minutes. \nI will be visiting Rome more often for pleasure and work reasons as it has been my home city for many years. I will be staying at this B&B again.

The location for my purpose was excellent, it is about 15/20 minutes from Rome Termini station and slightly closer to Rome Tiburtina... Classy building, very nice. The rooms are normal and very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is the mattress being a bit thin but still sleeps well!

The b&b looks good, the property is well maintained and is in a very convenient location (bus stop and metro station are a stone's throw away, there is also a course nearby that offers various shops and venues). The welcome was excellent. I recommend it, I will come back.

Structure of excellent level, elegant, but welcoming and familiar. I would give the highest marks for cleanliness and functioning of the services because not always in the facilities the toilet facilities work perfectly. In this structure, I would say everything is perfect. A small note: a mirror in the room for the ladies seems important even if the entrance of the ground floor structure is rich in mirrors that are used when needed.

Excellent structure, quality design, refined and clean environment. The structure is convenient to services, the city center is easily reachable by public transport and the area is quiet. The owner Elena is a delightful and professional person. Free WI-FI. Highly recommended.

Modern and welcoming structure, located on the first floor of an elegant 1960s building, in a panoramic position. The reception was extremely courteous and professional. Absolutely recommendable.

Ringrazio dell'ospitalità, ho trovato la struttura comoda per le mie necessità sia per la posizione che per la zona tranquilla e servita dai mezzi pubblici o per altre richieste. La prima colazione è molto fornita, le stanze pulite, con disponibilità di tv e aria climatizzata. Al di là di questo molto importante è l'accoglienza e la disponibilità mostrata dalla proprietaria. Tornerò volentieri perché personalmente valuto molto sopratutto la cordialità.

Situato in una delle zone più "cool" di Roma, all'interno di un palazzo con un giardino mozzafiato. La casa è belle e accogliente e Adele, la proprietaria, simpaticissima e molto disponibile. Tornerò presto e con molto piacere.

La signorina Elena è presente e disponibilissima. La struttura è moderna e pulita. Per le mie esigenze lavorative realmente vicina al luogo di mio interesse. Tornerò con certezza presso la stesso B&B.
