Everything was perfect. The area was very quiet for a good rest. The rooms were cleaned every morning, perfectly and attentively. The only drawback, if I may say so, was the single bed, which was terrible: when I turned over I felt the springs against my ribs or hips and it was noisy with every movement.

I stayed only one night at the Bed & Breakfast and had a great experience. The owner, although she was abroad, was always available and extremely kind. She made me feel looked after and welcomed. We chose this property because it was closest to the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza which was our principal objective. The room was spotless, but it was too small to be comfortable. The high point of breakfast was the fresh-squeezed orange juice. With our hostess' help, we discovered two added bonuses to the location. First, it was close to stop on a bus route that took us to the door of our second destination -- the Galeria Doria Pamphilj. Riding the bus was both inexpensive and efficient. Second, the property is located in a pleasant neighborhood that is adequately served by appealing restaurants and is a welcome memory of small retail establishments that catered to the needs of residents rather than flog meaningless merchandise to tourists. Strolling through the environs was really a pleasure. Our host was a pleasant lady who fulfills her objective of providing the essentials at a reasonable price.

The structure is nice, with new furniture and an excellent location, just a few minutes from Viale Libia and Viale Eritrea, well supplied with all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops, and the metro. The staff is impeccable, and the lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. Another point in favor is the presence of an ironing board with an iron in the common area. The only major flaw of the room was the absence of a full-length mirror, and the light in the bathroom is a bit dim for us women dealing with makeup and hair. Breakfast should be taken outside, although the bars are very close to the structure.

The staff is very nice, very responsive to requests and available. The room is spacious, the bathroom is a bit small and only lacks the bidet. The rate with breakfast should be reviewed or at least made optional. Ten euros for a drink and a croissant can be avoided.

We enjoyed our stay! The pictures on the website are exactly what you get! Super clean. There is a shared kitchen area which we did not utilize, but it was kept spotless. WiFi was good. The bus stop is within walking distance, so it is easy access to the city of Rome. Elena was very nice and helpful. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely contact them again.

Nice structure in a comfortable and quiet location. The lady is kind and helpful. The only negative note is that I paid for breakfast, which consisted only of tea bags, instant coffee, and Nesquik. There was no food! Honestly, I had never experienced this before. I found it a scam. Had I known, I would have booked without breakfast since I did not have it anyway.

We stayed one night at the property. Positive note is the kindness of the owner. Regarding the room, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The curtains are dirty and stained, the shower has mold both in the grout and on the shower hose (broken). Several hairs on the sheets. A good steam clean on the floors and tiles wouldn't be a bad idea. Just a few improvements would make the room more welcoming.

This B&B offers all the comforts you need! The staff is very happy to be of assistance when needed. I used to live in this area (Piazza Vescovio/Largo Forano). There are many shops of all kinds and the buses take you easily to the Metro A and B lines (Underground). City Centre can be reached within 30 minutes. \nI will be visiting Rome more often for pleasure and work reasons as it has been my home city for many years. I will be staying at this B&B again.

The location for my purpose was excellent, it is about 15/20 minutes from Rome Termini station and slightly closer to Rome Tiburtina... Classy building, very nice. The rooms are normal and very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is the mattress being a bit thin but still sleeps well!

Structure of excellent level, elegant, but welcoming and familiar. I would give the highest marks for cleanliness and functioning of the services because not always in the facilities the toilet facilities work perfectly. In this structure, I would say everything is perfect. A small note: a mirror in the room for the ladies seems important even if the entrance of the ground floor structure is rich in mirrors that are used when needed.

I thank you for the hospitality, I found the structure comfortable for my needs both for the location and for the quiet area and served by public transport or for other requests. The breakfast is very well stocked, the rooms clean, with availability of TV and air conditioning. Beyond this, what is very important is the welcome and availability shown by the owner. I will gladly return because I personally value especially the friendliness.
