Overall. The balcony is a plus, but the neighbour's air conditioner mounted there blew cold air, so we could not use it. The lift is very narrow. It was noisy because a road runs nearby. The electric shutters helped a bit. Tea bags were provided. We had to take care of the rubbish disposal ourselves. The accommodation felt overpriced.
