Luogo accogliente, silenzioso, comodo, pulito, posizionato (rispetto alle mie esigenze) in un luogo vicinissimo alla zona da me frequentata/fruita. Molto buone le indicazioni fornite per raggiungere la struttura, sia con auto propria, sia con taxi, sia con aereo, sia con il treno e con i mezzi pubblici (bus, tram, metro). La zona è abbastanza tranquilla e ben servita, sia come mezzi pubblici sia come bar, farmacia, negozi vari. Molto disponibile il gestore a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente, anche al di là di quanto strettamente previsto dal servizio standard. Unico appunto, che però forse riguarda il sito, è che nella pagina di presentazione si dice che per fermare una stanza non c'è bisogno di pagare in anticipo e non c'è bisogno di carta di credito (se non ho letto male), mentre invece, quando si iniziano le procedure di prenotazione si scopre che se non hai la carta di credito o una carta prepagata non puoi portare a termine l'operazione e devi contattare direttamente il gestore della struttura per ricevere istruzioni circa la prenotazione. Per fortuna il sito fornisce il recapito del gestore per poterlo facilmente contattare personalmente.

Appartamento grande, spazioso, colazione abbondante, vicino centro, 2 minuti per il tram numero 8, c’è tutto negozi, tanti bar, ristoranti, fast food, app davvero pulito, signora Rossella molto disponibile, risponde per tutte domande che mi aiutato trovare certi posti, ogni giorno fa pulizie e aggiunge cose da bere e mangiare per non fare che manca qualcosa, oltre letto matrimoniale in camera c’è anche divano letto molto grande, bagno ha una vasca davvero per rilassarsi perché è grande allora dopo la giornata pesante un relax garantito. Ottima posizione vicino centro e ospedale San Camillo. Io ci ritornerò sicuro, saluti Aneta
