In the bathroom of room number was very bad smell. The shower was dirty, old and broken. Water enters the bathroom because of this. The shower curtain was very, very dirty.

Very nice room with private bathroom and close to Metro and bus stop. We had also a little balcony and a little fridge. We could use the common with kettle, chairs and a big terrace. The first 2 nights we didn't like the noise of the air-conditioning unit at the balcony. But the last 2 nights, the air-conditioning in the common area was switched off, that was a relief. Important: we had very comfortable beds.

Excellent B&B. Lovely host and her breakfast baking delicious. The metro is very close so we had easy access to all of Rome. Especially enjoyed our Roman dinner arranged by our host.

Letto comodo, camera pulita. Unica pecca la doccia: telo troppo lungo, se lo metti fuori si allaga. Se lo lasci dentro copri il tappo, e poi nessun porta saponette. Molto scomoda.

Ho soggiornato col mio compagno in questo B&B per due notti. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla metro. Durante le ore notturne non si sentono rumori, si dorme bene. La proprietaria gentilmente ci ha fornito altri prodotti da bagno il secondo giorno quando li abbiamo richiesti. La pulizia abbastanza buona, nel bagno della nostra camera c’era qualche capello nella doccia e qualche macchia nella tenda. Nulla di grave se non si hanno troppe pretese. La colazione purtroppo si fa nel bar sotto al B&B che ti dà un croissant e una bevanda a scelta. Nel complesso comunque siamo stati soddisfatti.

Struttura accogliente e confortevole per un weekend.
Zona tranquilla e ben collegata ci siamo spostati molto facilmente.
Personale genitile e per niente invadente.
Facile trovare parcheggio in zona.
Unica pecca la colazione, cose confezionate, dato che il bar che fornisce la colazione era chiuso quindi ci è stata data già in arrivo in camera.
Per il resto tutto okay.
Consiglio.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Roma. Unica nota è che per spostarsi è necessaria la metropolitana perché nonostante l'indicazione dei 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano non è proprio così. Per spostarsi a Trastevere è bene avere l'automobile e la linea A della metropolitana che passa proprio a pochi metri dal b&b è in corso di ristrutturazione e dal lunedì al giovedì chiude alle 21 perciò non siamo riusciti ad andare in centro la sera. Non abbiamo conosciuti i gestori del b&b ma ci siamo trovati molto bene, zona tranquilla e comodissima ai servizi. C'è un centro commerciale a pochi passi. Roma ospitale e bellissima come sempre!

Struttura vicinissima alla metro linea B, in zona servita da negozietto rosticceria supermercato di fronte, vicino al vaticano, tutta la struttura pulitissima, camera pulita con tutto il necessario per fare colazione con macchina del caffè a capsule.
Nell'area soggiorno della struttura microonde e biscotti bollitore e the e tisane cereali disponibili 24 ore, terrazza con area divanetti disponibili che si affaccia all interno, silenzioso, tornerò sicuramente per un altro soggiorno a Roma.

La nostra prima volta a Roma è stata speciale anche grazie a questo alloggio.
Alice che gestisce la struttura è stata molto gentile e disponibile, il locale è molto confortevole, ben curato e di recente ristrutturazione, colazione abbondante e ottima. Essendo situato all'interno di un condominio e in posizione tranquilla leggermente fuori dal centro, risulta ottimo per il riposo notturno, ma la vicinanza alla fermata della metro (che raggiunge i principali monumenti e punti di interesse) e alle fermate dei bus lo rendono davvero congeniale per chi è in visita a Roma.
Sarà il nostro riferimento per le prossime visite a Roma.

Sono stata in questa struttura per una "toccata e fuga" a Roma di un week-end.
Il B&B è all'interno di un palazzo signorile, situato in una posizione ottima: a due passi da San Pietro e dalla metro A, per cui è facile raggiungere i posti più belli della città eterna.
La mia stanza era grande (c'è addirittura un balconcino), comoda (ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno privato) e soprattutto pulita.
I gestori sono due giovani ragazzi, gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Io sono intollerante al lattosio e per la colazione, ottima e abbondante, mi hanno fatto trovare anche dello yogurt senza lattosio, non mi capita spesso.
Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò, magari per una vacanza più lunga.

Dovevano essere due giorni a Roma per lavoro ma grazie a questo B&B sono diventati due giorni di piacere. Appartamento ristrutturato da pochissimo con uno stile piacevole ed accattivante, situato a due passi dalla stazione Baldo degli Ubaldi (metro A). Le camere sono decisamente confortevoli e anche le zone comuni sono spaziose e ben arredate. La colazione è ricca e gustosa, con crostate e ciambelloni preparati magistralmente dalla proprietaria del B&B. E a proposito della proprietaria: è stata cordiale e disponibile ed ha saputo soddisfare ogni mia richiesta.
Biglietto da visita da conservare assolutamente per ogni futuro soggiorno nella capitale.
