The Domus Giardini Vaticani is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the most elegant areas of the city, close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square.

Our rooms: Ver (spring), Aestas (summer), Autumnus (autumn), and Hiems (winter) are comfortable, elegant, and meticulously designed.

All rooms with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with air conditioning, wireless connection, safe, TV, hairdryer, and minibar.

What can I say! 3 fabulous days with family. 8 people needing 4 rooms and this was the perfect solution! The ladies Rosa and Lucia were very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it.

B&B overall minimal but with everything you need. It is clean, tidy, and has all the comforts. The room I booked was a bit small but well organized, with a large wardrobe, small desk, and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The collaborator who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The area is quiet, and the B&B is located 2 minutes from the Cipro metro stop, very convenient for getting around.

Clean, 600 meters from the metro. Ground floor, small, minimal breakfast at the nearby bar. Free parking nearby. Painful note: cash payment!!!! Absurd.

Mi spiace invece che abbia inteso che il pagamento dovesse necessariamente avvenire in contanti. Lei mi ha fatto un bonifico di acconto e avrebbe potuto farne un altro per il saldo. Di tutto le verrà rilasciata regolare fattura

The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet area and especially close to the metro, which is extremely important. The owner, Mrs. Rosa, was very helpful, solving a particular time need of ours. The property is in excellent condition, with an impeccable cleaning service carried out by the very kind Mrs. Lucia. Breakfast is offered in a bar just a stone's throw from the bed and breakfast. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we can only recommend it and choose it again for future trips to the beautiful Capital.

Great bed and breakfast clean and well-kept, breakfast is served in a bar not far from the property, close to the metro. In our opinion, the key to turn on the room light should be attached to the keychain with a cord like a block system that would allow entering and exiting the room with light instead of completely in the dark.

Well connected structure, a few steps from the metro (Valle Aurelia or Cipro), located in an elegant and residential area. The room we chose was cozy, not particularly spacious, but equipped with everything necessary. The host was kind and helpful.

Great location in the Valle Aurelia area, very close to the subway and only two stops away from the Vatican. Clean structure. Top cleaning, bed remake every day. The manager was a bit chatty at the reception. However, he made an effort to fix a defective blind during our stay.

Noisy room, you can hear the noise from other rooms and the building well (voices, slamming doors, bathroom fan, etc.). The entrance door closes with a loud noise. Non-insulating windows, so you can hear the traffic, etc. The window blind doesn't close completely, so there's no complete darkness. Small room, tiny bathroom but equipped with everything. Excellent cleanliness and kind and helpful housekeeper. Included breakfast at the bar is poor (coffee or cappuccino and an empty croissant if you're lucky). The owner is very kind and helpful but was not useful in resolving any issues. I do not recommend it if you want to have a peaceful night's sleep to rest more during the day, but it's fine for those who can sleep even with noise. Convenient location with nearby metro and night buses. Plenty of flexibility in check-in and check-out times.

Voglio solo ricordare che non siamo un hotel 5 stelle. Le strutture sono spesso in condomini con tutti i vantaggi e gli svantaggi che questo comporta. Siamo al centro di Roma e pensare che ci possa essere silenzio é una pietosa illusione. Che la colazione consista in cornetto e cappuccino io lo scrivo sempre nel momento in cui accetto la prenotazione. Che senso ha contestarlo ora? The structure left me fully satisfied. The owner was helpful and welcoming from the beginning, she tolerated my delay when I arrived even though it was not my fault, but my train was delayed by 90 minutes due to a railway incident. The lady had her housekeeper welcome me even with an hour and a half delay, without additional costs for exceeding the check-in time. Upon arrival in the room, very nice, welcoming and clean, equipped with all comforts. The only note I have to make is that at the time of booking we had agreed on a double room instead I found a single room, but considering that I came alone it was still fine. Another and last note, the Wi-Fi password provided in the room at the time of entry was incorrect, so I couldn't use the Wi-Fi. But for me, it was not and has not been a problem. The kindness and super availability of the owner even at check-out, giving me the opportunity to leave my luggage in the room beyond the scheduled time, compensated for these small flaws, which were not important to me. It was certainly a pleasant and comfortable stay, as the room was also equipped with air conditioning, which was not insignificant given the heat of these days. Also, everything is nearby! Great location. Thank you very much for the hospitality and I will definitely return to this property. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Great location, both for reaching the metro and for walking to the Vatican. Overlooking a sort of inner courtyard, there are no car noises. However, the room is not very isolated from other noises coming from the upper floor, the lobby, and the outside (in the morning, there were already people talking under the room's window from 8 am). Air conditioning and smart TV services were much appreciated. Too bad about the refrigerator that turns off once the keys are removed from the special lock to activate the lights. Possibility of parking in the BnB structure, although we did not use it as it is available by reservation. We were not given instructions on how to book. However, there are many blue line parking spaces in the area, free on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast is at an affiliated bar 2 minutes' walk away, with cappuccino/coffee and croissant. Both the maid and the homeowner were very helpful.
