New and very clean structure. Excellent assistance and welcome from the manager. Central location. Breakfast not included but we found everything we needed. Nothing is left to chance, accommodation equipped with every comfort. Too bad we only stayed one night but we will definitely return.

A gem in the heart of Rome! I stayed in the Deluxe Suite Ottanivm and the experience was truly fantastic. The suite is refined, cozy, and carefully crafted: very comfortable bed, impeccably clean bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and pleasant, well-organized spaces. The view of the Basilica of San Giovanni is a real plus, impressive and unique. The location is optimal: just a few minutes from Metro A, which connects easily to the center and Termini station (10 minutes), and also close to Tuscolana station, convenient for direct trains to Fiumicino airport. Emanuele was friendly, professional, and always available. A property that combines comfort, strategic location, and authentic hospitality. Highly recommended, I will return with pleasure!
