Description
This is a newly restored B&B located in a very central area near Piazza San Giovanni and just a short walk from the "Re Di Roma" metro stop which is well connected to the Vatican-San Pietro metro. Its location is strategic, but it is outside the ZTL. The B&B is situated on the fourth floor of a historic building with an elevator and all the rooms have an en suite bathroom (inside the room). The classic furnishings and air conditioning systems have been given particular attention. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

I really enjoyed staying in this place. The host was extremely kind and gave us many tips to enjoy Rome. It is very close to the metro station. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, and the room was very nice with all the facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Very good!!! The attention of the gentleman is excellent, you feel at home. Very attentive and very patient in explaining things. The room is very spacious and has everything. Very clean. Close to metro station and buses.

Strategic location to visit Rome, the metro is practically under the house. The manager Renato is a precise, accurate, and caring person. It does not lack any comfort. Perfect cleanliness. I highly recommend it to you.

Courteous and helpful staff. Clean, air-conditioned and comfortable room, equipped with a minibar. Strategically located just steps away from the Rome metro station. Absolutely recommended and, as in my case, an experience to be repeated.

Domus Appia 154 is conveniently located to visit Rome on foot (in 20 minutes you can reach the Colosseum) or by public transport (just a few meters from the Re di Roma metro stop). Simple, good, and fairly varied breakfast. The Appia street is very busy even at night, so if you have trouble sleeping and prefer to keep the window open, it's better to avoid staying in this area. Mr. Renato is very helpful and can provide you with many suggestions for visiting the city! When we return to Rome, we will definitely come back here.

Ottima struttura in base a diversi aspetti: comodità, posizione, accoglienza. Casa ben arredata. Zona centrale ma tranquilla, vicina a fermate metro e bus. Colazione abbondante. Il Gestore, Renato, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima. Assolutamente consigliata.

Il bed è situato in un ottima posizione, vicinissima la metro e I luoghi di maggiore attrazione turistica. Il gestore è cortese e professionale, gli ambienti confortevoli e puliti; da consigliare assolutamente in quanto il grado di soddisfazione generale è molto alta!

ECCELLENTE in tutto! Cordialità, pulizia, comodità. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole vivere la città a 360 gradi poiché vicinissimo alle maggiori attrattive della città. metro a pochissimi passi, ma fattibile anche a piedi. Per non parlare della gentilezza e della disponibilità del Sig. Renato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza ed ogni curiosità sulla città. Super pulito.

Struttura eccezionale, ben arredata, molto pulita e posizione strategica per chi vuole spostarsi in metro perché dista 50 metri dal B&B, gestore molto disponibile simpatico e gentile! Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Vale la pena soggiornarci! Tutto perfetto.

Questo bed è situato in un punto molto centrale, a 50 metri dalla metro, elegante e ben gestito dal signor Renato "romanaccio" doc che è una persona gentile e disponibile e soprattutto un vero appassionato di Roma, insomma un buon cicerone che ci ha consigliato e dato dritte molto utili per la nostra visita alla città. Credo che consiglierò ad amici il suo bed perche ci siamo trovati proprio bene.
