The 85 sqm apartment, entirely reserved for guests, includes:
Double bedroom with private balcony and outdoor table
Spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and kettle
Living area with smart TV, dining table and single sofa bed (90x200)
High-speed 1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in every room
Additional amenities: smart TV in both living room and bedroom with access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, DAZN, NowTV; dedicated work desk; bed and bath linen included; two balconies (bedroom and kitchen) where smoking is allowed; complete safety equipment (fire extinguisher, detectors, first aid kit).
The location is ideal: Metro A – Giulio Agricola only 2 minutes away, Parco degli Acquedotti within 10 minutes, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and laundry service nearby. Public parking and private garages available.
