Overall, a pleasant experience. The room could use some minor renovation work. Excellent location: the metro stop is right below the property, with a direct line to the city center, and very close to the terminus of bus 520 which connects to Ciampino Airport. The host was very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Perfect for a stay.

Dinair is always reliable, a little outside the center but with the metro practically underneath; you can go wherever you want, great for a weekend in Rome.

Guesthouse with 2 nearby locations and excellent position very close to the metro station A "Giulio Agricola" and in the heart of Tuscolana, with local shops and various activities for a pleasant walk. Deb the manager is always ready and available for any issues, courteous, kind, and practical during check-in. Although not planned, there is a small breakfast with good coffee pods, a kettle for tea or milk, and everything else for a decent breakfast. Truly a satisfying stay.

Decent room but not soundproofed on Via Tuscolana, which is very busy at all hours of the day and night. Horrible bathroom, small (for tall people, sitting on the toilet you risk hitting your knees on the wall) and dirty with mold on the walls. Toilet seat not fixed. Foreign staff who do not speak Italian. Non-existent value for money (180 euros for 2 days for a room that is not worth it). Possibility of "breakfast" (supermarket snacks and coffee) in a tiny storage room and standing up.

B&B with a very convenient location, having the metro (orange line) right next to it. The building is quiet, it would only need to change the fixtures because the street is very noisy and I had trouble sleeping at night (I'm used to silence...). Comfortable triple room, clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a nice shower, daily cleaning. Azhar was very kind.

Spacious and clean room. Dramatic to find parking. 5 rooms in the apartment; in one of these 1 couple, probably drunk, who shouted until 1:30, it seemed like they were in my room. At 4:50 others leaving making a lot of noise. Slept only 2 hours.

The evaluation of our stay at Dianir is certainly positive. The managers are welcoming and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the refreshment with coffee (very good, by the way!), tea, etc., even though breakfast was not included. We allow ourselves one suggestion that we believe would be helpful in improving the service: to 'educate' guests to pay more attention and respect to other guests in the facility, as the absence of a caretaker does not mean being noisy at any hour. The cleanliness is also very good; only suggestion: empty the room bins more frequently. The area is well served; the building is located at the Giulio Agricola metro stop and in the surroundings there are restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shops, hairdressers, etc... We recommend staying at Dianir; we will return and in the meantime we thank them for their hospitality!

The bed and breakfast is a structure without elegance pretensions, basic but clean. The manager is very courteous, breakfast is not included, but there is a coffee machine, biscuits, and more available to guests. It is a stone's throw from Giulio Agricola metro station. Good for business stays.

The owner is very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the daily cleaning. For my needs, the location was perfect, being very close to the metro and bus stop. Very convenient location, just steps away from Giulio Agricola metro station. Very spacious room, comfortable bathroom. Spartan, equipped with many useful accessories for the stay. I did not have breakfast but there was a small kitchenette equipped with everything necessary.

I had a great experience at this property. The service is excellent and the check-in was very simple and fast. The owner is very kind. The room was very clean, completely new, and the decor is super modern. Additionally, there's a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and the bed is very comfortable. The room is nice and warm in winter, and for summer, there's air conditioning. The location is great as the Giulio Agricola metro stop is right below the house, making it easy to reach the city center. I highly recommend it to everyone!
