Do not stay here! This establishment is both dodgy and unprofessional. We arrived early to a dirty building, only to find that nobody was there. Despite our attempts to reach out, nobody answered us for two hours. We eventually spoke with someone who told us to leave the property because they had nowhere to store our bags before check-in. We had emailed a couple of days earlier inquiring about storage but received no response. We then organised check-in for 4pm, but we waited for over another hour because the owner didn't answer his phone to let us into our room. Ultimately, he gave us a code over the phone to let ourselves in. The conditions were appalling: a mouldy shower, footprints on the bedroom wall, hot rooms, our toiletries stolen, and holes in the doors. Another guest arrived at 11pm and was given the wrong key to his room, preventing him from getting in. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. To make matters worse, the first person we encountered at this awful property was another guest warning us about this place and expressing how bad it was. Unfortunately, we had already paid. Moreover, they have not updated their information online so, to our surprise, we had to pay a lot more for the tourist tax. Please do not stay here.

A structure to avoid not only for the location, very far from the center and in the middle of nowhere, but also for the lack of cleanliness and absent management. I was assigned a windowless, spartan room with a TV hanging crookedly and not working. Moreover, I had to pay an exorbitant price of 350 euros for a room that does not meet the habitability standards. I advise everyone to avoid this structure. I speak of my room, but I presume that neither the others were better. Furthermore, the surrounding area is full of only houses and dangerous streets.

The room is without windows and there is no air conditioning and TV. Also, the sheets are old. A real slum!

Was it clean? - yes. Did I have everything I needed? - yes. Good shower? - yes. What was unexpected? - sharing the apartment with other guests who slept in a separate room. Also having a kitchen. This was nice. Was it good value for money? - No, but I booked in a busy season because I wanted to go to the Ryder Cup. I paid €130 for one night. €85 would have been good value. What was disappointing? - my arrival. The rooms are situated in a converted small apartment building. It is not a traditional bed and breakfast and liaising with check in was very difficult. However my host was friendly but hard to contact initially.

The structure is very well furnished. The room is comfortable with TV and wifi, and there is also a kitchen with a washing machine available. The area is very quiet and convenient to reach, it is also very close to the Rebibbia metro. The staff is very courteous. Giancarlo is very kind and friendly, and is always available. I had a great time and will definitely return.
