Description
This is a delightful country house surrounded by greenery, located near the north exit of Civitavecchia highway and the Ficoncella Thermal Baths, whose very hot water has beneficial and healing properties. Despite being just outside the city, the B&B is only a few minutes' drive from the Port, 4 km from the city center, and 5 km from the Swimming Stadium.
Cozy and comfortable, it has a lovely breakfast room with a fireplace and three very bright bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and views of our olive grove, two of which have a private patio.
Each room is equipped with a king-size bed, a 32" plasma TV, hot/cold air conditioning, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and free WiFi.
The buffet breakfast is available at a pastry shop 2 km from the property towards the port, from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm, for specific needs please contact us directly, we will do our best.

Beautiful place. Excellent management. Unfortunately, there are some minor structural issues (bathroom flooding, sliding door misalignment). Definitely recommendable!

I stayed with my boyfriend from May 31st to June 2nd, Sara was very friendly with us throughout. The area is beautiful, and so is the room at first glance. Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating for cleanliness due to some shortcomings in the sanitation and hygiene service, not attributable to the property manager. We noticed the absence of bidet and face towels (resolved on the same day), but when we returned in the evening, we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were hairs, including one stuck to the shower, and the shower glass was covered in water and limescale, indicating that it had presumably not been cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, when we discovered the bed, the sheets were crumpled and a pillow was completely rumpled, as if the sheets had not been changed. I am sorry because this B&B is located in a very convenient area for us and I would have happily returned.

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia devo contraddirla, per noi la sanificazione è di primaria importanza, le stanze vengono pulite ed igienizzate ad ogni cambio ospite inoltre offriamo pulizia giornaliera, di cui voi purtroppo non avete usufruito poiché eravate in stanza durante l’orario del servizio. Le lenzuola vengono assolutamente cambiate ad ogni cambio ospite. La ringrazio per la recensione e la saluto.
