Collina degli Ulivi is a charmingly designed Bed and breakfast located a few kilometers away from Sperlonga e Gaeta.

The property is located in a strategic position, immersed in the tranquility of pristine landscape, the hills of Itri, but also closely located to the renowned beaches on the Pontine coast. Rome and Naples, are respectively about 150 km and 100 km away. It is possible to reach some of the most beautiful seaside resorts of Lazio in just 10 minutes through faster alternative routes that lead directly to the beaches.

The area is also perfect for those who prefer a type of holiday in close contact with nature, thanks to the presence nearby of beautiful parks and nature reserves.

The two types of rooms include well-finished private facilities, and ensure maximum privacy as well as the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful patio, ideal for relaxing and living in close contact with tranquility, nature and the beauty of the area. Breakfast is one of the highlights of the bed and breakfast: croissants, pastries, cookies, biscuits, butter, jam, Nutella, fruit juices, yoghurt, tea, coffee, cappuccino.

My name is Giuseppe and Collina degli Ulivi is a bit like my kingdom, a place where I feel I can fully express the concept of hospitality and attention towards guests. An attitude that, having traveled a lot, I have had the opportunity to deepen over time.

My goal is to make Collina degli Ulivi a place dedicated to those who deeply live the meaning of the phrase "time is the most important thing a man can spend."
The style that I envision for the ideal journey, whether it lasts for many days or just a weekend, is based on the idea of offering something more than just a simple stay.

Collina degli Ulivi is located in the town of Itri. The town, which is located in a quaint valley, a few kilometers away from Sperlonga and Gaeta, is surmounted by a beautiful medieval castle.
On a clear day you can see the islands of the opposite Pontine archipelago.
We arrive at the B & B via a short road that runs through the hills and olive groves of the area
The B & B is located in a strategic position then, in the tranquility of a pristine landscape, but at the same time very close to the popular beaches of the Pontine coast. Gaeta and Sperlonga are around 15 minutes. Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo and Terracina little more than 30 minutes. And ' possible to reach the Pontine Islands (Ponza, Ventotene and Palmarola) through a ferry from Formia. Rome and Naples are respectively about 150 and 100 km.

The location is breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful. The room is also very nice, we had the panoramic suite. The breakfast was not so great, there was only one croissant. If there would be some fresh bread or yoghurt it would be much better.

We stayed 3 nights in the room with the big terrace and panoramic view. Everything (room and environment) was perfectly clean. It was just stunning and we really enjoyed it. It is perfect to enjoy life in a beautiful and quiet environment. Couldn't be better for us!

Beautiful B&B surrounded by olive trees and hills behind Sperlonga. From the pool you can see the sea. The rooms are spacious, very clean and I must emphasize that when you open the door you are greeted by a delicious scent! Giuseppe is very friendly and always present. The only suggestion I can give to Giuseppe is to resume having breakfast by the pool (it seems it was like this before Covid-19) because the view is spectacular, and to insist with local authorities to have the road paved. I stayed for a week with friends and we had a great time.

I stayed one night at this wonderful Collina degli Ulivi B&B. The location is fantastic as it allows you to stay away from the chaos but at the same time be close to Itri and the beaches. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view and very clean! The very kind owners recommended us the best places to eat and the most beautiful places to visit in the area. The only regret is that we only stayed one night.

Dream place. An extremely elegant structure ideal to enjoy some serenity surrounded by greenery and olive trees. A panoramic pool overlooking the valley from where you can see the sea of Sperlonga and the islands of Ischia and Ponza. The careful and accurate management of the very kind Mr. Giuseppe make this place a little corner of Paradise.

Welcome, relaxation, magnificent structure, breathtaking view, friendliness and the feeling of truly being at home. I can summarize my experience at Collina degli Ulivi with these words. A magical place, enhanced by the sympathy and kindness of Mr. Giuseppe, ready to meet all the guests' requests. We stayed in the panoramic suite. Top. Private terrace and view of the pool and valley. You wake up in the morning, look out from your balcony and think you are in a real earthly paradise. I don't know how the other rooms are, but I believe the standard is the same. Excellent and abundant breakfast. We will definitely return in September, with different temperatures, to try the magnificent infinity pool, the pride of the structure (p.s. when we went they had just redone the lawn, it made you want to dive into the pool and lie down to sunbathe on the lawn). Thank you for everything.

Excellent modern, comfortable and clean structure. Very kind Mr. Giuseppe. Excellent room, fantastic pool, tranquility and courtesy, perfectly maintained lawns, olive trees, Mediterranean scrub. Excellent breakfast. I also recommend it for the strategic position to see Gaeta and Sperlonga. Car necessary.

Enchanting land, of which is told in the Odyssey and the Aeneid, that captures you with its sometimes mysterious charm. Collina degli Ulivi B&B is the quintessence of all this. An oasis of peace and relaxation expertly and finely designed and realized by the owner, Mr. Giuseppe, an exquisite and admirable person who, with his sons Marco and Fabrizio, runs the B&B. Worthy of note are the indications of food and wine routes and recommended tourist itineraries provided by the manager that will not disappoint any holidaymaker. I will highly recommend the property to friends and acquaintances, hoping for a return soon to relive the joys and pleasant moments experienced.

I stayed at the Collina degli Ulivi B&B during a weekend, from Friday evening to Sunday, with my husband and my son with his wife and their two children. The structure is new and very well cared for in the details. From there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of hills and sea. Mr. Giuseppe, the host, is a friendly person and is willing to meet requests. Even the children, five and three years old, were very happy with the freedom to roam that the place allowed them to have.

Located on a hill surrounded by olive trees, with a view that stretches all the way to the sea of Gaeta, the structure is an oasis of peace.
