The house is located in the Montesacro-Città Giardino neighbourhood, which offers a wide choice of pubs, pizzerias, traditional restaurants and trendy clubs, many outdoors, that enliven the evenings around Piazza Sempione. Within a radius of a few dozen metres, there are two supermarkets, the local market, bars and pastry shops of excellent quality. The surroundings are rich in historical and artistic sights: the medieval Nomentano Bridge (100 metres away), the monumental complex of Sant'Agnese and the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza, with mosaics dating back to the 4th century and catacombs underneath, and a cycle path a few metres away that reaches the historic centre.
