The rooms are situated in a recently renovated building and feature essential furnishings, light-colored floors, and understated tones. Each room includes a seating area, TV, and practical storage spaces for personal belongings and luggage. The shared bathrooms are well-organized and equipped with showers, bidets, hairdryers, towels, and complimentary toiletries, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and functionality.
Guests have access to a communal kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dining area, providing a convenient option for those wishing to cook independently or for families and small groups. The entire property is covered by Wi-Fi, offers heating, and features cozy shared spaces, with a private entrance to ensure freedom and convenience throughout the stay.
Clarissa Guest House also serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area: Lake Piediluco, the Marmore Waterfalls, and the villages of the Rieti Valley are all easily reachable. Upon returning, the proximity to the historic center allows guests to enjoy the evening ambiance of the city amidst porticos, local eateries, and pleasant strolls.

As for drinking water, we are proud of the water that comes from our taps: Rieti, one of the provinces richest in water in Europe, offers a rich history and heritage related to water. The province is characterized by springs, natural and artificial lakes, therapeutic hot springs, and the Velino River, which is central to the organization of the territory. This aqueduct, managed by the Acea group, transports spring water from the Peschiera and Capore springs in the province of Rieti and reaches Rome after 18 hours of travel, perfectly pure.

Hi everyone! I'm Gianluca, and together with my team, I've decided to make Rieti a city accessible to everyone, from young tourists to dynamic pilgrims, by creating a low-cost shared space right in the heart of the historic town of Rieti.

1) If you reach us by bus or train, once you get off at the central station, cross the street and after a two-minute walk you'll be right in front of our door!
2) If you come by car or motorcycle, we have free outdoor parking under the building. Alternatively, there is a paid underground parking just steps away from our apartment!
Once you arrive, you can drop off your luggage and you'll already be immersed in the historic center: you are within the walls of the medieval city. The heart of Italy is just a few steps away, as well as the main square, the Roman bridge, the bishopric arches, the cathedral, and the various smaller churches full of history—you'll have everything within a few pleasant steps! The only downside? These steps will be a little uphill, but just a little, not much, we promise!
Typical restaurants, pizzerias, theater, cinema, pubs, bars, shops, ice cream parlors, chocolate shops, etc. —all just a few pleasant steps away!

There were other guests on the premises who made a lot of noise, smoked and brought other people to the place. Were they not informed about the house rules? Otherwise, everything went well!
