Clara Domus B&B

The stay did not excite me much, first of all because of the inconvenience of the check-in: even though I had called the day before to agree on the time of my arrival, I was not informed that the check-in was done in another structure (almost next door) and not at Clara Domus B&B, where I couldn't find anyone and tried to call the contacts indicated but got no response. So there was little clarity, a problem that caused me delays for the commitments I had afterwards. Then, the room I was assigned had quite a few defects: almost absent TV signal, I found the toilet dirty and the general cleanliness left something to be desired, the window didn't even close, the room is not very welcoming. The only positive note was the extreme proximity to Termini Station and the guys at the front desk and breakfast counter were very kind and helpful. Honestly, I do not recommend the structure.

The single room is small but with all the spaces to make oneself comfortable. The bathroom seems a bit neglected: small signs of mold and cobwebs, and the drain plugs are missing (this way you risk losing everything down the sink, in fact an entire soap was stuck in the sink). The location is super great, convenient check-in and check-out, and the staff is kind and helpful.

For the cost of the night you can't ask for more. Satisfied!

Structure close to Termini Station. Old and dirty hotel. The minibar barely worked and we had to clean it ourselves. The TV remote control was without batteries and, following our report, they took them from the air conditioning remote control, so we had to use one or the other. Superficial manager.

I stayed at Clara Domus B&B for 6 nights. The location is great as it is just steps away from the station where metro and buses depart connecting the whole city, and in a very short time with the metro or bus, you reach the most visited places in Rome. There are some reviews saying it's a bad area. In my opinion, it might seem so, but in reality, it's not. The area is very quiet and there are various restaurants, bars, tobacco shops, etc. Despite this, the room I took (Rubino) was very quiet! Very beautiful, comfortable, and tidy. For the prices of these rooms, I think it's really worth it and it's really nice! The room was located on the second floor, so to get there you would climb the stairs or take the elevator, which is also used to access other B&Bs or rooms, all close in the same building. This did not pose any problem, it was still fine. The only downside is that this elevator-staircase was not clean, it was very dirty. But I don't think this is the fault of the B&B manager since it's not only used by his clientele but also by those of other nearby B&Bs. But even here, it's not a very relevant problem since you don't sleep there. Cleaning is done once a day in the morning. Everything's ok here, although the floors could have been cleaned a little better. Clean towels are obviously provided every day, while the bed linen is changed every 3 days. Great. Breakfast: So, for breakfast, you shouldn't expect the classic hotel-included breakfast, but tickets to spend in a bar in front of the station and have the classic Italian bar breakfast. For me, it was better, as we woke up early in the morning and went to take the metro to visit Rome. So we stopped at the bar in front and took it to go. It was almost always convenient. Except for the fact that if you want to sit at a table, with those tickets they don't offer table service. I sat down once and had to order something extra, paying for it. The bar, however, is very nice, appreciated by many people, and the items are good! (platform zero).. I recommend it because I spent 6 nights there and I had a great time.

The only negative note is the parking which is not guaranteed as customers of the property to prioritize the customers of a pub given in management in the garden one notices the inexperience in solving the problem of the boy at the reception for the rest everything perfect.

Too bad that the entrance of the structure is almost obscene and also a bit scary because the area seems frequented by bad people and the gate is always open so everyone can enter and hide in areas not immediately visible. Also, the breakfast is good, it's a shame that it's outside and there are no vending machines for drinks and coffee.

Ho prenotato le camere per i miei parenti polacchi che hanno fatto la gita a Roma. Erano molto contenti! Le camere pulitissime, silenziose, il gestore simpaticissimo (gli hanno aspettato per fare il check-in tardi di notte), la posizione perfetta per passare 2 giorni a Roma e vedere tante cose. Il prezzo bassissimo per questa zona con questo standard! Sicuramente ritorneremo là!

Much too dark room, wasn't nice with dark red walls that take all light. A bedlamp with a defect bulp wasnt maked even the bulp was placed on bed and removed from service personal. Cleaning was excellent, thanks.

Permetto che ho prenotato al Clara Domus, ma una volta arrivato là mi dicono che è completo e mi spostano in un altra struttura, sempre di loro proprietà, di fronte alla stazione Termini, chiamata hotel agorà (più che un hotel io la definirei HOSTAL). Chiedo loro solo una cosa, che sia silenzioso visto che si trova di fronte alla stazione! Mi dicono che hanno da poco cambiato i serramenti e ristrutturato l'albergo. Registrano i miei documenti e mi chiedono di saldare subito il soggiorno sia per me che per il mio amico che arriverà il giorno dopo. Già lì mi sembrava un po' strano.. Non ho mai pagato prima! Col senno di poi ho capito il perché.. Se avessi visto la Topaia prima di pagare, col piffero che gli avrei dato 70€ a notte! Manco 30€ Il gestore mi porta all'hostal e inizia il calvario: ingresso neanche l'insegna, sembra un condominio.. ascensore in pessime condizioni, ma almeno c'era visto che ero al terzo piano! L'ingresso ha il lettore di accessi col badge, ho pensato che se c'era tutta quella tecnologia chissà le stanze! Invece finiva tutto al badge! Che tristezza. La stanza aveva si il badge, ma una porta che se gli dai una spallata viene giù. Il giorno dopo si rompe pure la scheda e ce ne hanno cambiato 3 o 4. La stanza è quello che è ma il top è il bagno! Fosse il male del piccolo. Non mi dovevo mica truccare. il bidet perde acqua, il water che si stacca, il lavandino arancione in plastica, nessuna mensola per appoggiare qualcosa, nessun porta asciugamani. Insomma un vero disastro! Il giorno dopo ho prenotato i quarti di finale al foro italico..penso fra me e me, Vabbè vado a letto e non ci penso più. Un'odissea! Guardo le finestre, Ci sono i vetri doppi i serramenti sono un po' datati, ma mi autoconvinco, bisogna aver fede ed essere ottimisti! Il letto è grande, il materasso un po' scomodo! Sono stanco, mi appoggio, mi addormento velocemente. MI sveglio dal rumore saranno state le 5 mi alzo dal letto incredulo stavano rifacendo il marciapiede, era come se avessi in stanza il macchinario vado alla finestra e mi accorgo che la maniglia è mezza rotta e non chiude bene, provo in mille modi a sistemarla, ma nulla.. Disperato mi rimetto a letto nel frastuono sperando di riaddormentarmi non c'è verso. di lì a poco sorge il sole che filtra dalle tende della finestra e mi arriva dritto in faccia! mi giro 180°ma è peggio che andar di notte con i fanali spenti! Per fortuna che il giorno dopo viene giù il mio amico, gli dico di andare in ferramenta a comprare un paio di tappi per le orecchie. La notte dopo, Grazie a quelli ho dormito qualche ora in più! Vogliamo parlare della colazione: Cappuccio, pasta e stop ! Il bar non è pulitissimo ma credo che sia il male minore Che dire se andate al Clara Domus e vi dicono che non c'è posto, chiedete il nome dell'hotel, se è l' agorà: Scappate. Sono convinto che questa recensione non verrà pubblicata perché è troppo scomoda, ricordate però che gente così rovina il buon nome delle migliaia di bravi albergatori che ci sono in ogni dove! Con enorme disappunto. Saluto e a presto.

B&B, vicinissimo alla Stazione Termini. Molto silenzioso ed in posizione strategica. La struttura e pulita e ben tenuta. La camera semplice ma ordinata, pulita e confortevole. La colazione al bar è buona. La wi-fi funziona perfettamente ed è velocissima. Il gestore è una persona molto gentile, disponibile e sa dare ottime indicazione su dove si può mangiare bene. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile. Sono rimasto soddisfatto.

Viaggio con bambini. Posizione strategica per girare la città. Luogo silenziosissimo. Pulizia doc. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Ho trascorso 6 giorni tranquilli, la posizione è ottima per chi arriva dopo un lungo viaggio (vicinissimo alla stazione). È in un'antico palazzo ma la camera è accogliente, silenziosa. Scelta che rifarei senza dubbio.

Ho girato molti B&B, questo è uno dei migliori. Posizionato vicino alla metro e soprattutto vicino la stazione. Abbastanza pulito. Unica pecca la colazione al Bar.

Ho soggiornato due giorni/ 1 notte in questo B&B La ragazza della reception di nome Anna è stata gentilissima, cordiale. Camera pulita, silenziosa..Unico neo la colazione che non mi ha tanto soddisfatto ma forse perché sono esigente sul discorso del cappuccino o della brioche ma questo non è da imputare al B&B ma al barista. Al massimo il B&B può cambiare la convenzione con un bar migliore che si trova o di fronte o all'angolo di Via Milazzo in cui il giorno prima ho fatto un'ottima colazione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente ogni mese visto che sono periodicamente a Roma e lo consiglio.

Camera situata al terzo piano molto carina, ampia e pulita. Dotata di tv, minifrigo, cassaforte, tv e wifi. Letto matrimoniale+ lettino singolo che non abbiamo sfruttato. Anche il bagno pulito con doccia ampia. L'edificio è invece abbastanza decadente, l'ascensore vecchio e piccolo. In compenso la posizione è ottimale, a 200 mt dall'uscita della stazione termini. Colazione scadente ad un bar vicino, in se il bar non è male ma si può scegliere solo una bibita (calda o fredda) e una brioche.

Vicinissimo e comodo alla stazione termini, alla fermata della metro e vicino alla fermata dei bus turistici. Silenzioso. Anche se la colazione viene servita in un bar vicino (utilizzando buoni forniti dal gestore e compresi nel prezzo) Comprende un ottimo cappuccino ed una brioches sempre fresca. Lo consiglio.

In eccellente posizione per qualsiasi accesso in città (auto. treno, aereo) garantisce un gradevole soggiorno con un elevato comfort residenziale. La gentilezza dei gestori e la ottima pulizia degli ambienti fanno raccomandabile senza remore l'utilizzo di questa struttura. La colazione, in collaborazione esterna potrebbe essere migliorata.

Ottima posizione, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile e il prezzo era ottimo. La colazione non era prevista indi non so dire.
