Civico Ventitre

Civico Ventitrè is an independent ground-floor house that features spacious and functional areas, perfect for family or friend gatherings. The accommodation includes complimentary private parking inside the gate and interior spaces designed to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The house opens into an entrance that leads to the sleeping area, which comprises a particularly roomy double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. The brick kitchen is spacious and equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and kettle, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals. Next to the kitchen is the living room, furnished with two sofa beds—one single and one larger. A curtain separates the two areas, providing extra privacy for those resting in the living space when needed.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which features a shower. Being on the ground floor, the house is equipped with wrought iron grilles on the windows and a secure door to enhance the safety of the guests.

Outside, at the front of the house, there is a large courtyard where you can comfortably park within the property. At the back, there is an outdoor space with an oven and barbecue, available upon request for social gatherings.

If included during your stay, breakfast is provided free of charge as a gesture of hospitality and may consist of coffee pods, water, and small packaged items.
