Very poor room conditions. The bathroom was leaking water continuously. They charged me a lot, I understand it was August but it shouldn't cost as much as a 4-star hotel. The boiler attached to a gas cylinder. Overall very approximate, I absolutely do not recommend it and will not return.

Nothing to say about the location of the B&B Civico 4, as well as the availability and friendliness of the managers, but as for the structure itself and the maintenance status, I consider it highly inadequate.\n\nAnother positive aspect is the possibility of dining at the Melograno inside the structure, where the food is impeccable. If I had to honestly recommend it, I wouldn't.

Fantastic location! A stone's throw from the sea and shops. I would like to underline the courtesy and extreme availability of the management, all seasoned always with a smile. The facility could be improved by some small details (a shelf in the bathroom, an additional chair for support or a coat hook in the room) but overall recommended.

To go back to and recommend. We stayed for a few days enjoying the nice weather. The structure is immersed in greenery and quiet. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable and designed, the food is exquisite (and I care a lot about eating when I'm on vacation). Great for those who want to spend a few days of relaxation and vacation, because it is very close to the sea and shops and restaurants. The manager is a down-to-earth and exquisite person who immediately met our requests. It is immediately evident that it is managed by competent people. We will be back very soon.
