Descrizione

Cinquesogni is a guesthouse located in the Piazza Bologna area, on the first floor of an elegant building. It's in a strategic position for those who want to easily explore the city.

The BOLOGNA metro station (Line B) is right below the property, allowing you to reach all parts of the city quickly and conveniently, making it an ideal base for visiting Rome.

The Guest House has 5 rooms, all with private bathrooms, to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bright and inviting common area offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day, where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee. Guests can also use a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine, available in the common area at any time.

Check-in is self-service from 3: 00 PM onwards using a numeric code that will be sent the day before arrival. If guests plan to arrive before 3: 00 PM, they can use the code to access the common area to leave their luggage and begin exploring the city, but they should not take the room key yet.

Check-out is at 10: 00 AM. Guests must leave the keys in the same box where they picked them up upon arrival. If needed, they can leave their luggage in the common area.

Luggage can be picked up at any time using the same access code. However, guests must not re-enter the rooms, as they will be ready and sanitized for new guests. The property is not a custodian of luggage and is therefore not responsible for it.

There is a mandatory city tax of € 5. 00 per person per night.

The property is just 50 meters from the Bologna metro station on Line B and 900 meters from Tiburtina station. It is located near La Sapienza and Luiss Guido Carli universities and the Policlinico Umberto I university hospital.

Take the FL1 metropolitan train inside the airport towards Orte or the LEONARDO EXPRESS train and get off at TERMINI STATION. Then, take the metro Line B towards REBIBBIA and get off at BOLOGNA. You have arrived!

FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT:
Take the ATRAL bus that connects the airport to Metro A – ANAGNINA. Take Metro A towards Battistini and get off at TERMINI. (Follow the instructions from Termini).

FROM TERMINI STATION:
Take the metro Line B towards REBIBBIA and get off at the BOLOGNA stop. You have arrived!

Overall good. Spacious room and very convenient if you need to get around by the metro. I would have preferred to find something for breakfast, even packaged, as there used to be some time ago. Cleanliness was so-so.

The B&B Cinque Sogni in Rome is really convenient because of its proximity to the metro, with modern rooms and a practical self check-in. The only aspect to consider is a bit of noise at almost all hours.

I stayed at this property twice, one week apart. The rooms are nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff is efficient. It is easily reachable by car and just steps away from Tiburtina station and the Metro. The breakfast is abundant for all tastes.

The structure is in an excellent location in front of the metro. Modern design. Sufficient cleanliness. The breakfast needs improvement; the Nutella packets were so dry that they could not be spread. For the standards of Rome, however, it is above average. The staff is kind and helpful.

It was a bit cold in the room due to the bad weather and there were no heating systems or extra blankets, but the manager regretted it and in the end, it was nice under the blankets.

We expected something nicer. The accommodation looked very new in the pictures. However, the walls in the room are very dirty and dingy. At first glance, the room seemed clean but it was dirty under the beds. The pillows should be replaced, they smell bad. The bathroom, on the other hand, was clean. The breakfast was meager. There were only packaged sweets. No bread. The mini drinks in the fridge seemed okay. The dishes were dirty several times in the drawer. Disgusting! The location is great, close to the subway and very central. We found it to be a great service that we were allowed to leave our luggage there after check-out! Thank you very much for that. Overall, the accommodation would be okay but in need of significant improvement.
