The Cincinnato cellar represents one of the most interesting realities in the Lazio region, so much so that Gambero Rosso has defined us as "a miracle that happened in Cori" for our rare ability to combine quality with an extremely fair and interesting price.
We are located in Cori, a small hilly town at an altitude of 300 meters, mitigated to the southwest by the sea breeze from Circeo and to the northeast by the currents from the Lepini mountains. The area is suitable for vine cultivation thanks not only to the climate but also to the soil: volcanic up to 300 meters in altitude and limestone at higher elevations.
What sets us apart is a strong territorial vocation, as we only cultivate native grape varieties:
Nero Buono and Cesanese (red);
Bellone and Greco (white).
