The welcome and the cordiality of the owner are special. The cleanliness and the accessories for the guests (slippers in addition to the towels) are really appreciated. The room is well cared for in detail, and the structure, although very close to the station, remains in a quiet and reliable neighborhood. Excellent value for money, I absolutely recommend.

Congratulations to the managers for the structure, the hospitality, the availability towards the customer. Breakfast is served in the room from an affiliated bar. Very good location between Termini Station and La Sapienza University, Castro Pretorio metro station around 300 meters away, to reach the interesting places of Rome.

Comfortable, clean B&B; I was warmly welcomed at the reception. The rooms, divided by color, are spacious and well cared for in detail. The bathroom has a special feature that I particularly liked: a light above the shower that changed color, making the environment super modern. The structure is located in a university area, halfway between La Sapienza and Termini station. To consider for future stays in Rome.
