The apartment adjacent to the Colli Albani metro stop is bright, comfortable, and located on the ground floor. It has recently been renovated and includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with an extendable table and four chairs, and a bathroom with a heater.

In addition to providing a place to sleep, we will be happy to provide you with all the information and advice you may need about Rome: what to see, where to go, where to eat, help with transportation, information on city events, and the best attractions to visit. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen web TVs, a safe, a clothes hanger, a refrigerator, a Nespresso and moka coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer, a kettle, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and electric oven, an iron and ironing board, and a professional hairdryer.
A courtesy kit with bed linen and towels is provided and renewed every seven days. Extra and final cleaning requires a contribution of 20 Euros. A small renovated apartment, very comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Well equipped and well taken care of. Close to the metro station (Colli Albano), supermarkets, etc. I appreciate the help and advice from Claudio (manager/owner). On the downside, it's a difficult parking area, but he helped us find a place to park for free. Lastly, it's a ground floor, so there are no good exterior views or much natural light, but that wasn't a problem for us.
