The apartment adjacent to the Colli Albani metro stop is bright, comfortable, and located on the ground floor. It has recently been renovated and includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with an extendable table and four chairs, and a bathroom with a heater.
Our guests are also our friends, and their satisfaction is very important to us, as well as receiving good reviews from those who have had an unforgettable experience in Rome and speak well of us.
In addition to providing a place to sleep, we will be happy to provide you with all the information and advice you may need about Rome: what to see, where to go, where to eat, help with transportation, information on city events, and the best attractions to visit. In short, everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen web TVs, a safe, a clothes hanger, a refrigerator, a Nespresso and moka coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer, a kettle, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and electric oven, an iron and ironing board, and a professional hairdryer.
A courtesy kit with bed linen and towels is provided and renewed every seven days. Extra and final cleaning requires a contribution of 20 Euros. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, and cutlery. Given its proximity to the historic center, the apartment is suitable for both business trips and tourist trips for those who want to visit the wonders of the city.

Callisto and S. Sebastiano’s Catacombs, Basilica of S. Sebastiano outside the walls etc with the possibility to rent a bike. There is also a taxi station in Largo dei Colli Albani.

Excellent structure, very cozy and super equipped. The owner is very helpful and kind. Quiet area and perfect for all movements with the metro, which is just a few meters away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful structure both in terms of design and all the comforts available. Also a stone's throw from the metro. Fantastic value for money. Very kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended!

A small renovated apartment, very comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Well equipped and well taken care of. Close to the metro station (Colli Albano), supermarkets, etc. I appreciate the help and advice from Claudio (manager/owner). On the downside, it's a difficult parking area, but he helped us find a place to park for free. Lastly, it's a ground floor, so there are no good exterior views or much natural light, but that wasn't a problem for us.
