I'm Carla, I like to know the wonderful people that lives in other countries.

I am always present and ready to inform and help my guests, not only when they arrive but I usually make a phone call or I write an email in which I explain them how to reach the house.

For any request or question from my guests about what they can visit in Roma and all the information about Parioli like museum, shops, restaurants and supermarkets I am always here ready to help them.

I always offer a clean suite with every comfort and for my guests there are always pleasant surprises, because this is what I would like to find in my travels.

I speak english, italian and spanish fluently.

Beautiful palace in the heart of the Parioli district. The rooms are furnished in a very refined way and are equipped with all comforts. The landlady is very kind, she advised me on how to park, saving significantly compared to the nearby parking lots. Definitely highly recommended.

Great stay. We stayed with our son in the Garden Suite. The suite is really very cozy, clean, and equipped with all comforts. Mrs. Carla welcomed us making us feel at home and giving us the best directions for our stay, advising us on what to see, which means of transport to take, and where to eat. Even though we didn't request breakfast service, Mrs. Carla still made us find coffee and snacks, which we appreciated very much. The suite is truly quiet and located in a very peaceful yet well-served area. I recommend it both for a family stay and for a romantic or business stay. When we return to Rome, I really hope to be able to stay again at Casa Pariolina.

Very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. Unexpected but wonderful touches like a plate of sweets/chocolates on the breakfast table and a great choice of drinks and yogurt in the fridge. Carla the owner was gracious and very helpful. The building is located right across from the bus stop (take bus 910 from Rome Termini train station). Ring the doorbell de Fina Sancetta as Casa Pariolina is not listed on the board. Wonderful stay.

During a weekend that brought us to the great city of Rome, we found extraordinary hospitality that allowed us to stay in complete tranquility in a welcoming and private family environment. The area is very quiet and well frequented, and a few steps from the house you can find services and shops useful to make the journey away from home even more comfortable. Recommended! I also add that the coffee is extraordinary with various types of pods. Abundant breakfast and comfortable and clean environment with an independent kitchen. We will be back very soon, thank you! We stayed one night. Since our arrival, Giorgio's hospitality and availability made us feel at home immediately. We could rely on him for any request. The environment was very well-kept, clean, and comfortable, and the house was located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. I recommend it to everyone: to those looking for some tranquility and also to those who just need a quick stay. Oh, I forgot the excellent value for money. We will return.

We stayed in the Garden Suite on two levels (Apartment no. 2) of this bed and breakfast with two suites. Carla, the host, lives in the apartment located immediately between the two B&B suites, each of which has its own entrance. She was a gracious host and our small but comfortable and attractively decorated unit suited our needs perfectly. The building itself is stately like many of the buildings in Parioli and is a five-minute walk from Parioli's main street, which offers excellent restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. Staying at Carla's property, which is a 15-minute bus ride and 30-40 minute walk from the center, is a way to avoid the congestion of Rome and still enjoy its many offerings. Regarding the Garden Suite, make sure you don't mind climbing the stairs to reach the bed in the loft. We will try to stay at Carla's property again next time we visit Rome!

Strategically located, convenient to reach any point in Rome and at the same time quiet. Excellent location for a stay of a few days. The room is equipped with everything (it also has a mini kitchen): no need to bring anything. Suitable for those who are not just looking for accommodation to stay overnight but can appreciate class and refinement in details.

I stayed at the B&B Suite Casa Pariolina for a procedure at a nearby clinic, arriving the day before the procedure and completing the postoperative stay of almost a week. I went through a difficult time, both physically and emotionally. I couldn't have asked for anything better: the kindness, availability, and friendliness of the owner, the welcoming elegant, functional, and 'clean as my house' environments, attention to details like the bowl of chocolates, espresso coffee, tissues on the bedside table, the proximity to the clinic, the ease of urban connections, the completeness of basic services within walking distance such as pharmacies and supermarkets, the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood. Definitely a place to keep in mind for the future. One suggestion: open a B&B in every tourist location in Italy to have this level of service everywhere. PS: dear B&B website, for this property you must enter the rating 10L!

I stayed at Suite Casa Pariolina for only one night, but I can say I felt at home. The hostess is a true lady, kind, helpful, with a touch of old-fashioned class. She welcomed us impeccably, immediately making us feel at home and providing all the necessary information for our stay. She also gave us a city map and showed us the route to reach the main points of interest. The gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast was abundant, with water, tea, and yogurt in the mini fridge. In short, everything we needed was there. The small but functional apartment was carefully designed, clean, and welcoming. What else can I say? Highly recommended. Congratulations.

Ideal accommodation for family travelers who want to visit Rome without giving up comfort and the taste of an apartment in the Parioli district, not at all chaotic despite being close to the most important places of interest, as well as restaurants and bars. I stayed with my husband and my 9-month-old daughter on the occasion of a concert at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, very close and easy to reach. The apartment was delightful, equipped with everything that can be useful and very clean, from this point of view I felt at home and you know how important it is with young children; we also really appreciated the breakfast, catering to all tastes. The owner welcomed us with kindness and gentleness, the service was excellent from all points of view: for a future visit to Rome I would choose Suite Casa Pariolina again!

Due to the proximity to Villa Borghese Park, if you enjoy walking, you have excellent access through Piazzi di Popolo to all the sights of Rome. There are also enough gastronomic establishments near the accommodation. High cleanliness due to daily cleaning of the apartment. Carla is a very friendly landlady.

We booked this B&B based on excellent reviews posted on different websites. We were disappointed with our choice, on the contrary, we really enjoyed it. Email contacts with the owner, Signora Carla, and her son Giorgio, were promptly replied to and exhaustive. We booked the Romantic suite, which was more than a simple room as it was equipped with a small fully furnished kitchenette, allowing us to cook our own meals. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were working perfectly. The double thick window glass insulated the room from outside noise. The location is not in downtown Rome but in a very elegant and exclusive area in Rome, still within walking distance from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese. We rented a car at the airport, and Signora Carla arranged for a parking space nearby. Traffic and parking in Rome are horrendous, so we decided to use public transportation and taxis instead of risking our lives driving. Signora Carla and Giorgio have a good command of the English language, making it easy to communicate with them. In conclusion, we do not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Casa Pariolina is the best place I have ever stayed in the capital. I stayed in the suite "the garden," a harmonious, welcoming environment carefully curated down to the smallest details. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, and you feel at home (even better). Not to mention the breakfast, which is a true wonder for the eyes and the palate. Excellent quality. Great location in the beautiful Parioli district and really just a step away from the Luiss university. The little apartment has absolutely everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and I found the kitchenette to be extremely useful. I conclude by emphasizing that you can sleep really peacefully without any noise.
