Very comfortable spacious beautifully decorated apartment. Unexpected but wonderful touches like a plate of sweets/chocolates on the breakfast table and great choice of drinks and yoghurt in the fridge. Carla the owner was gracious and very helpful. Building is located right across from the bus stop (take bus 910 from Rome Termini train station). Ring doorbell de Fina Sancetta as Casa Pariolina is not listed on the board. Wonderful stay.

We stayed in the two-level Garden Suite (Apt. #2) of this two-suite bed and breakfast. Carla, the innkeeper, lives in the apartment that sits immediately between the two B&B suites, each of which has its own entrance. She was a gracious host and our small but comfortable and attractively decorated unit suited ours needs perfectly. The building itself is stately as are many of the buildings in Parioli and is a five-minute walk from Parioli's main street, which has excellent restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. Staying at Carla's place, which is a 15-minute bus ride and 30-40 minute walk from the center, is a way to avoid the congestion of Rome and still enjoy its many offerings. In regard to the Garden Suite, do make sure you won't mind negotiating the stairs to the bed in the loft. We will seek to stay at Carla's place next time we visit Rome!

We booked this B&B based on excellent reviews posted on different websites. We were disappointed of our choice, on the contrary we really enjoyed it. Email contacts with the owner, Signora Carla abd the son Giorgio, were promptly replied and exsaustive. We booked the suite Romantica, that was more than a simole room as it was equipped with a small kitchenette fully furnished so we were able to cook our own meals. free wi- fi and air conditioning were workin perfectly. Double thick window glasse would insulate the room from outside noise. The location is not in downtown Rome but in a very elegant and exclusive area in Rome still walking distance from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese. We rented a car at the airport and Signora Carla arranged for a parking space nearby. Traffic and parking in Rome is horrendous so we decided to use public transportation and taxi instead if risking our life driving. Signor Carla and Giorgio have a good coonand of the English language so it was easy to communicate with them. In conclusion we do not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Durch die Nähe zum Park Borghese hat man, wenn man gern läuft, eine hervorragenden Zugang über die Piazzi di Popolo zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich auch genügend gastronomische Einrichtungen. Hohe Sauberkeit durch tägliche Reinigung des Appartements. Carla ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Ottimo soggiorno. Abbiamo soggiornato con nostro figlio nella suite Giardino. La suite è veramente molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La signora Carla ci ha accolto facendoci sentire a casa nostra e dandoci le migliori indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno consigliandoci cosa vedere, quali mezzi prendere e dove mangiare. Nonostante non avessimo richiesto il servizio di colazione, la signora Carla ci ha comunque fatto trovare del caffè e degli spuntini, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La suite è davvero silenziosa e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita. Lo consiglio sia per un soggiorno con famiglia che per un soggiorno romantico o di lavoro. Quando torneremo a Roma, spero proprio di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Casa Pariolina.

Durante un weekend che ci ha portati nella grande città di Roma ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato una straordinaria ospitalità che ci ha permesso di soggiornare in tutta tranquillità in un ambiente familiare accogliente e riservato. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben frequentata e a pochi passi dalla casa si trovano servizi e negozi utili per rendere ancora più confortevole il viaggio lontano da casa. Consigliato! Aggiungo inoltre che il caffè è straordinario con diverse varietà di cialde. Colazione abbondante e ambiente comodo e pulito che dispone di una cucina indipendente. Torneremo molto presto, grazie! Abbiamo pernottato una notte. Fin dall'arrivo l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Giorgio ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Per ogni richiesta potevamo contare su di lui. L'ambiente era molto curato, pulito e confortevole e l'abitazione era situata in una zona residenziale molto silenziosa e immersa nel verde. Lo consiglio a tutti: a chi cerca un po' di tranquillità e anche a chi vuole solo un appoggio veloce. Ah, dimenticavo l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo.

Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura con tutta la famiglia (10 e 8 anni e 5 mesi): bello il contesto, facile da raggiungere con i mezzi, a due passi dal parco urbano di villa Borghese, con lo zoo e il museo. Proprietaria molto gentile.

In posizione strategica, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto in Roma e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Ottima location per un soggiorno anche di qualche giorno. La stanza è corredata di tutto (ha anche una mini cucina): non è necessario portarsi nulla. Adatta a chi non cerca solo una sistemazione per pernottare ma sa apprezzare la classe e la ricercatezza nei particolari.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti per andare a vedere il bioparco con un bimbo piccolo. Posizione perfetta, appartamento carinissimo curato in ogni dettaglio, gentilezza 10 e lode. Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per un intervento presso una Clinica vicina, arrivando il giorno prima dell'intervento e completando la degenza post operatoria di quasi una settimana, dunque ho soggiornato in un momento per me difficile, fisicamente ed emotivamente. Non avrei potuto sperare di meglio: la cortesia e la disponibilità -oltre che la simpatia- della Proprietaria, l'accoglienza degli ambienti, eleganti, funzionali e "puliti come casa mia", la cura dei dettagli (dalla ciotola dei cioccolatini, al caffè espresso, ai fazzolettini di carta sul comodino per dirne alcuni), la vicinanza alla clinica, la facilità dei collegamenti urbani, la completezza di servizi di prima necessità raggiungibili a piedi (farmacie e supermercati), la bellezza e la quiete del quartiere. Salvato assolutamente tra i contatti per il futuro. Un unico suggerimento: aprire un B&B in ogni località turistica di Italia per avere questo livello di servizio ovunque. PS: caro sito B&B, per questa struttura devi inserire il voto 10L!

Ho pernottato in questa struttura solo una notte ma posso dire di essermi sentita a casa. La padrona di casa è una vera signora. Gentile, disponibile, con una classe di altri tempi. Ci ha saputo accogliere in modo impeccabile. Ci ha fatto subito accomodare nella sua casa e lì ci ha fornito tutte le info necessarie per quanto riguardava il soggiorno. In più ci ha dato una mappa della città e ci ha indicato il percorso che potevamo fare per raggiungere i maggiori luoghi d'interesse. La colazione, richiesta gluten free e senza lattosio, era abbondante. Nel mini frigo acqua, the, yogurt. Insomma tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno era li. L'appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulito e accogliente. Che dire ancora, super consigliato. Complimenti.

Sistemazione ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia e vuole visitare Roma, senza rinunciare al confort e al gusto di un appartamento nel quartiere dei Parioli, per niente caotico seppur vicino ai più importanti luoghi d'interesse, nonché ristoranti e bar. Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mia figlia di 9 mesi in occasione di un concerto presso l'Auditorium Parco della musica, vicinissimo e facile da raggiungere. L'appartamento era delizioso, dotato di tutto ciò che può essere utile e molto pulito, da questo punto di vista mi sono sentita come a casa mia e si sa quanto è importante con dei bambini piccoli; abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione, per tutti i gusti. La titolare ci accolti con cortesia e gentilezza, il servizio è stato ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista: in occasione di una futura visita a Roma sceglierei di nuovo casa Pariolina!

Ho alloggiato tre giorni con mia madre presso la "suite il giardino", davvero delizioso e curato nei minimi dettagli: i colori del mini appartamento allegri e vivaci, accordati in modo armonioso con l'arredo, la piccola cucina, comoda ed equipaggiata, la pulizia perfetta, l'ottima colazione. Casa Pariolina è il miglior posto in cui abbia mai soggiornato nella capitale. Sono stata nella suite "il giardino", un ambiente armonioso, accogliente e curato fin nei minimi particolari. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e ci si sente come a casa propria (anzi, anche meglio). Per non parlare poi della colazione, che è una vera meraviglia per gli occhi e per il palato. Pulitissimo l'appartamento e gentilissimi i proprietari.

Qualità eccellente. Ottima posizione nello splendido quartiere Parioli e davvero ad un passo dall’università Luiss. Nell’appartamentino non manca assolutamente nulla, i bagni sono molto puliti ed ho trovato grandissima utilità l’angolo cottura. Concludo sottolineando che si dorme veramente tranquilli senza alcun tipo di rumore.

By car: come off the GRA at Flaminia exit 6 towards centre, take Corso Francia, and proceed to Piazza Euclide, Via Chelini, Via Antonelli, Via Siacci (just one road, with 3 names)

By plane: from Fiumicino fast train every 30 minute to Central Station.

From Ciampino coach every 20 minutes to Central Station. Then take bus 910 to Via Siacci.
