The Bed and Brakfast casalina is composed of nice apartaments whit separate entrance. The apartaments are in a private structure whit a beutiful garden and a gazebo ideal for relaxing moments after visiting the historic center. The apartaments have beenrecentely restored, both equipped whit bathroom, hitchen and laundry, finely furnished and treated whitin the maximumj hygiene and style. The apartament no1 is composed (from 2 at 5 persons) of an independent entrance, livingroom, fireplace and sofabed, kitchen, bedroom. The B&B Casalina is a lovely apartment with an independent entrance located in the Aurelio-Boccea area. It is well connected to the city center through the A metro line Battistini (2 km away) and is 800 meters from the University on Via Don Carlo Gnocchi.

It is 2 km away from: Policlinico Gemelli, Clinica San Feliciano, Clinica Villa Aurora, and the Scuola di Polizia Penitenziaria on Via Di Brava.

It is 3 km away from San Carlo di Nancy Hospital, 4 km from IDI Italian Dermatological Institute Hospital, 7 km from St. Peter's Basilica, the Gianicolo (where one of the most beautiful views of Rome can be admired), 10 km from the Roma-Termini train station, the Bambino Gesù Hospital, Santo Spirito and San Camillo Hospitals, and 15 minutes by car from Fiumicino Airport. I stayed in the apartment with my family for my husband's graduation (December 2023) and the welcome we received was like that of a mother, a friend, in short, of an exquisite and super helpful person. Mrs. Lina was attentive to all our needs, supporting us from the moment of our arrival at the airport until our departure. The structure is very welcoming and clean, equipped with every comfort, including a pleasant little garden on warmer days. It is conveniently located, very close to a supermarket, a bakery, and a bar. Mrs. Lina made herself available from our arrival at the airport until our departure, she accompanied us to the university on the day of the graduation, and was a precious guide throughout our stay. It is a structure that I highly recommend!

I stayed with my daughter for 6 nights at the property. The owner (Lina) was very kind and close to us with that typical enthusiasm of Roman women and that enviable open-mindedness. Her kindness supported us throughout the week. The (blue) room, very clean, welcoming, equipped with all comforts, always heated, is suitable for those who want their privacy despite living in a very large, modern, and beautiful apartment. The garden, then, makes the house located near the bus stop, a couple of kilometers from the Metro and a few hundred meters from the Università Unicusano, particularly enviable in the spring/summer seasons. From here, it is possible to reach the center in a very short time. We will return to Rome and we will return here again.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family for my graduation, we received a warm welcome as if from a friend, we felt at home and as if we had known Mrs. Lina for years. A truly welcoming and clean structure, equipped with every comfort. Excellent location from which you can reach bars, bakeries, pizzerias, bus stops where you can reach the city center in no time. Mrs. Lina was always available from the airport arrival to the departure, she accompanied me and my family to the university on the day of my graduation, she met every need I had. I will definitely return next time I have to go to Rome.

Lina is spectacular! Hospitable, very kind, smiling, helpful! The house is very very clean, something I particularly care about! There is a beautiful private garden with sun loungers and the possibility to have lunch and dinner outside. The location is convenient, with bus + metro you can easily reach the center of Rome in a short time. The area is quiet and close to the university, bakery, pizzeria, and a supermarket with everything you need! I will return to Rome for study reasons, and if I were to come back for holidays, I would always choose her!

B&B truly exceptional, apartment for 3 people very very nice and above all well taken care of in every detail. Located in an area surrounded by bus stops so you can easily reach every place. Super clean and comfortable room, but special praise goes to Casalina, super owner and super woman, made us feel at home from the first moment, endless availability and rare friendliness, made us feel all like children and grandchildren, thank you for everything!

I chose the bed and breakfast for its proximity to the training and updating school on Via di Brava in view of participating in a competition. I found a family environment, Casalina, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I stayed with my son who was treated as if he were her grandson. I recommend the property for its location, cleanliness, and value for money!

My family gave me this weekend for my 50th birthday and hit the mark. First of all, we found Mrs. Lina who was really kind and helpful in everything. And this, I must honestly say, is a bonus that is hard to find. Moving on to the structure, I can, or rather we can, say that we found it clean and welcoming, there is also a garden and an area with a gazebo where you can relax completely. A very peaceful area. Who knows, maybe in a distant future we can come back. Thank you Lina for everything.

Lina is a spectacular host, very kind and helpful in everything. I went with my dog and there was a beautiful courtyard. In front of her house there is the bus stop that goes to the metro. 30 minutes from the center by public transport. One of the best accommodation options in Rome. Very good location and the best Host Lina. I recommend it!

Great address. Lina is very welcoming and the apartment is comfortable. The children were able to enjoy the charming and well-kept garden. Bus lines and the metro provide access to the city center of Rome in a few minutes.

I stayed at this property with my boyfriend because I had to take an exam at Unicusano. The location is perfect: truly a strategic point. The house was clean and equipped with all the comforts and the lady was helpful, welcoming, sweet, and made you feel at home: she even brought us some sweets in the afternoon. Impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely come back for my next exam.

Mrs. Lina is very kind and friendly. She welcomed us despite the short notice and was really helpful regarding the time. Moreover, she offered us a delicious breakfast and a friendly conversation in her well-kept garden! The location is very quiet yet at the same time strategic as it is located near the Grande Raccordo, 15 minutes by car from the Vatican and other points. I highly recommend 11/10.

I stayed only two nights, but I immediately felt at home. Mrs. Lina, practically a second mother, was always available and met all my needs. The cozy, clean apartment is equipped with all the comforts and services, located in a position that allows you to reach the city center quickly and easily. B&B carinissimo, dotato di ciò che serve. Tranquillissimo e in una posizione strategica. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La signora Lina fantastica, praticamente una mamma. Lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici. Unico neo, se arrivate in macchina, dovete cercare il parcheggio nei pressi lungo la strada.

Struttura davvero accogliente, bella a vedersi, dotata di ogni tipo di comfort. Zona tranquilla, ottima posizione dalla quale è possibile raggiungere facilmente negozi, bar, ristoranti e fermate di autobus. Davvero accogliente, pulito e sistemato. Rilassante anche sostare in giardino. La signora veramente disponibile e gentile. Davvero soddisfatta. Pure come zona e collegamenti eccezionale veramente. Ritornerò sicuramente senza ansia però da laurea soggiornando qualche giorno in più.

L'appartamento è veramente molto bello e pulito. Spazioso e molto fresco per l'estate. L'ospitalità è stata sublime, perché loro non hanno fatto storie nell'accoglierci in tarda nottata. Consigliatissimo, sicuramente torneremo con tutta la famiglia.

Singolare l'atmosfera. Dalle cose che possono sembrare semplici, una colazione artigianale con confettura fatta da Lina, in realtà derivano sensazioni che non ci si aspettano, questo è ciò che mi ha trasmesso l'alloggio al B&B Casalina!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Io e la mia famiglia, 4 persone, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ben arredato. La signora Lina è un mito. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Ho pernottato 2 notti nel bed e breakfast, ambiente accogliente e pulito ma soprattutto mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Lina, caratteristiche ad oggi difficilmente riscontrabili. Grazie e spero di ritornarvi.

Ci sono stata solo una volta ma ho già riprenotato per la seconda e ci riandrò ogni volta che dovrò andare da quelle parti. Molto carino, tranquillo, pulito e decorato da un profumatissimo gelsomino. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso nella mia amata Roma! Il tutto meravigliosamente organizzato dalla mitica signora Lina. Mi ha fatta sentire come a casa mia. Solo lei merita 10 stelle. Ormai è la mia zia romana preferita.

Struttura in una zona molto tranquilla e piena di verde. Ben collegata con il centro di Roma e con i principali luoghi di interesse. Vicino ci sono anche trattorie e negozi di alimentari. La proprietaria Lina una forza della natura. Torneremo.

Ho soggiornato, presso il bed and breakfast della signora Lina con tutta la mia famiglia, i miei suoceri e i miei nipoti. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, pulito, ma ciò che ci ha colpiti di più è stata l'ospitalità della signora Lina che ci ha fatto sentire a casa, gentilissima è disponibile. L'appartamento pulitissimo è dotato di ogni comodità. Ringrazio Lina per tutto quello che ha fatto per noi in quei giorni.

Non capisco davvero come si possa scrivere una qualsiasi cattiveria su Lina o sul suo B&B. Io e la mia amica abbiamo alloggiato per la seconda volta da Lina (e ci alloggeremo anche il mese prossimo e quello a venire!) per 3 giorni e 2 notti, e come di consueto ci siamo trovati come a casa. La zia (perché ci tratta con tutto l'amore con cui tratta le sue nipoti) Lina è una persona squisita, così come lo è il suo B&B; la prima volta abbiamo alloggiato nel suo splendido appartamentino mentre questa volta in una camera al piano superiore della sua casa. La pulizia, la cortesia, la disponibilità e il rapporto qualità/prezzo meriterebbero 1000 come voto. Abbiamo sempre avuto le chiavi di casa a nostra disposizione per entrare ed uscire quando volevamo, abbiamo sempre trovato la colazione ed il caffè e ci è anche stato detto dove potevamo trovare dell'altro e tutto quello che poteva servirci. Addirittura, a poche ore dall'accompagnarci all'autostazione dove avevamo il bus di ritorno (sì, perché Lina è disponibilissima anche al transfert di andata e ritorno dal suo B&B, anche alle ore più improbabili del mattino) ci ha preparato la cena e abbiamo cenato tutte insieme come una famiglia! Ora, sfido chiunque a soggiornare da lei e a non trovarsi bene. Se poi vogliamo andare a trovare il pelo nell'uovo per forza, siamo abituati a soggiornare negli alberghi a 5 stelle e vogliamo che ci stendano il tappeto rosso ad ogni passo che facciamo questo è un altro paio di maniche. Gli inconvenienti possono accadere ma ripeto, nel nostro caso, non cambieremmo questi soggiorni da zia Lina con nessun altro posto al mondo.

Grandissima accoglienza da parte della signora Lina, che ci ha trattati per tutto il tempo come dei veri nipoti. Appartamentino munito di tutto ed assolutamente grazioso. Grande pulizia e grande tranquillità. Sicuramente torneremo ad alloggiare qui se ci troveremo a Roma. Consigliatissimi sia il B&B che la proprietaria, talmente cortese da venirci a prendere e riaccompagnarci all'aeroporto.

Abbiamo alloggiato in due, bagno in camera, struttura pulitissima, personale cortese e socievole, facilmente raggiungibile in quanto vicino alla fermata Bus 980, che si incrocia alla fermata metrò Battistini, vicinissimo all'università Unicusano. Voto complessivo 9. Raccomandato.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 25 al 28 ottobre 2015. Appartamento accogliente, pulizia eccellente e squisita padrona di casa. Particolarmente indicata per chi, come mio figlio, si deve recare all'Università Unicusano, per la vicinanza della struttura. Non particolarmente vicino al centro ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Da tenere in considerazione.

Sono stata nel B&B della signora Lina due giorni con la mia famiglia, in tutto eravamo in cinque. La signora ci ha riservato l'appartamentino indipendente. Siamo stati benissimo, la zona è collegata con la città e si raggiunge presto qualsiasi posto sia con la propria macchina che con la metro. La signora Lina poi è veramente cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio il B&B a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno nella capitale anche perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo.

Ottima struttura. Comodità, pulizia e comfort la fanno da padrona. La signora Lina poi, la proprietaria, è una donna in gamba e gentilissima. Sempre disponibile. Distante solo 15 minuti a piedi dall'Unicusano. La consiglio fortemente per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno di pace e di comfort. Spero vivamente di ritornarci con la mia famiglia. Sono stato veramente benissimo. Voto 10 ed è anche poco.

Grazie Lina. Sono stata ospite della struttura per una sola notte per fare un esame all'Unicusano. Avevo importanti difficoltà di deambulazione e la titolare, persona squisita e disponibile, mi ha confortato in tutto: negli spostamenti, nei pasti. Non è facile trovare delle persone estranee che si comportano da vere amiche. Che dire dell'appartamento: perfettamente pulito, comodo e accogliente. Lo consiglio alle famiglie, ai single e alle coppie. Da considerare è lo sfogo esterno: un piccolo giardino attrezzato. Un saluto alla signora Lina e grazie ancora. La permanenza è stato meno difficoltosa grazie a lei.
