The apartaments are in a private structure whit a beutiful garden and a gazebo ideal for relaxing moments after visiting the historic center. The B&B Casalina is a lovely apartment with an independent entrance located in the Aurelio-Boccea area. It is well connected to the city center through the A metro line Battistini (2 km away) and is 800 meters from the University on Via Don Carlo Gnocchi.

It is 2 km away from: Policlinico Gemelli, Clinica San Feliciano, Clinica Villa Aurora, and the Scuola di Polizia Penitenziaria on Via Di Brava.

It is 3 km away from San Carlo di Nancy Hospital, 4 km from IDI Italian Dermatological Institute Hospital, 7 km from St. Peter's Basilica, the Gianicolo (where one of the most beautiful views of Rome can be admired), 10 km from the Roma-Termini train station, the Bambino Gesù Hospital, Santo Spirito and San Camillo Hospitals, and 15 minutes by car from Fiumicino Airport. I stayed in this accommodation with my husband and my 2-year-old daughter. We were welcomed by Mrs. Lina as if we were family. She is a very helpful and cheerful person. The structure is beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. My daughter had fun playing in the garden below the accommodation. The structure is close to the center of Rome and can be reached by very few means of transport. Also, nearby there are a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a pizzeria, and a bakery. We really felt at home. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I spent three days in the apartment of Mrs. Lina and we felt very good: equipped with everything needed, clean and comfortable. The bus stops are a few kilometers from the structure and in the surroundings there are supermarkets, a pharmacy and a very good bakery! Excellent location! We felt at home thanks to the welcome of Mrs. Lina, a wonderful person! Super friendly and helpful: she was a reference point for us as it was our first time in Rome. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the apartment with my family for my husband's graduation (December 2023) and the welcome we received was like that of a mother, a friend, in short, of an exquisite and super helpful person. Mrs. Lina was attentive to all our needs, supporting us from the moment of our arrival at the airport until our departure. The structure is very welcoming and clean, equipped with every comfort, including a pleasant little garden on warmer days. It is conveniently located, very close to a supermarket, a bakery, and a bar. Mrs. Lina made herself available from our arrival at the airport until our departure, she accompanied us to the university on the day of the graduation, and was a precious guide throughout our stay. It is a structure that I highly recommend!

I stayed with my daughter for 6 nights at the property. The owner (Lina) was very kind and close to us with that typical enthusiasm of Roman women and that enviable open-mindedness. Her kindness supported us throughout the week. The (blue) room, very clean, welcoming, equipped with all comforts, always heated, is suitable for those who want their privacy despite living in a very large, modern, and beautiful apartment. The garden, then, makes the house located near the bus stop, a couple of kilometers from the Metro and a few hundred meters from the Università Unicusano, particularly enviable in the spring/summer seasons. From here, it is possible to reach the center in a very short time. We will return to Rome and we will return here again.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family for my graduation, we received a warm welcome as if from a friend, we felt at home and as if we had known Mrs. Lina for years. A truly welcoming and clean structure, equipped with every comfort. Excellent location from which you can reach bars, bakeries, pizzerias, bus stops where you can reach the city center in no time. Mrs. Lina was always available from the airport arrival to the departure, she accompanied me and my family to the university on the day of my graduation, she met every need I had. Lina is spectacular! Hospitable, very kind, smiling, helpful! The house is very very clean, something I particularly care about! There is a beautiful private garden with sun loungers and the possibility to have lunch and dinner outside. The location is convenient, with bus + metro you can easily reach the center of Rome in a short time. The area is quiet and close to the university, bakery, pizzeria, and a supermarket with everything you need! I will return to Rome for study reasons, and if I were to come back for holidays, I would always choose her!

B&B truly exceptional, apartment for 3 people very very nice and above all well taken care of in every detail. Located in an area surrounded by bus stops so you can easily reach every place. I chose the bed and breakfast for its proximity to the training and updating school on Via di Brava in view of participating in a competition. I found a family environment, Casalina, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I stayed with my son who was treated as if he were her grandson. My family gave me this weekend for my 50th birthday and hit the mark. First of all, we found Mrs. Lina who was really kind and helpful in everything. And this, I must honestly say, is a bonus that is hard to find. Moving on to the structure, I can, or rather we can, say that we found it clean and welcoming, there is also a garden and an area with a gazebo where you can relax completely. A very peaceful area. Lina is a spectacular host, very kind and helpful in everything. I went with my dog and there was a beautiful courtyard. In front of her house there is the bus stop that goes to the metro. 30 minutes from the center by public transport. One of the best accommodation options in Rome. Great address. Lina is very welcoming and the apartment is comfortable. The children were able to enjoy the charming and well-kept garden. Bus lines and the metro provide access to the city center of Rome in a few minutes.

I stayed at this property with my boyfriend because I had to take an exam at Unicusano. The location is perfect: truly a strategic point. The house was clean and equipped with all the comforts and the lady was helpful, welcoming, sweet, and made you feel at home: she even brought us some sweets in the afternoon. Impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely come back for my next exam.

Mrs. Lina is very kind and friendly. She welcomed us despite the short notice and was really helpful regarding the time. Moreover, she offered us a delicious breakfast and a friendly conversation in her well-kept garden! The location is very quiet yet at the same time strategic as it is located near the Grande Raccordo, 15 minutes by car from the Vatican and other points. I highly recommend 11/10.

Cute B&B, equipped with what you need. Very quiet and in a strategic location. Excellent value for money. Mrs. Lina fantastic, practically a mom. I will recommend it to all my friends. The only downside, if you arrive by car, you have to look for parking nearby along the road.

Beautiful structure, welcoming home, very kind and helpful staff ready to help you with anything. Very spacious room with private bathroom, in a few minutes on foot you reach Niccolò Cusano University. Top cleanliness. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I have been there only once but I have already rebooked for the second time and I will go back every time I have to go to those parts. Very nice, quiet, clean and decorated with a fragrant jasmine. A little corner of paradise in my beloved Rome! Everything wonderfully organized by the legendary Mrs. Lina. She made me feel at home. Only she deserves 10 stars. She is now my favorite Roman aunt.

Structure in a very quiet and green area. Well connected to the center of Rome and to the main places of interest. Nearby there are also trattorias and grocery stores. The owner Lina is a force of nature. We will return.

I stayed at the Casalina bed and breakfast with my whole family, my in-laws, and my nieces and nephews. We found a welcoming and clean environment, but what struck us the most was the hospitality of Mrs. Lina who made us feel at home, very kind and helpful. The extremely clean apartment is equipped with every comfort. I thank Lina for everything she did for us during those days.

I really don't understand how someone can write any meanness about Casalina or her B&B. My friend and I stayed for the second time at Casalina (and we will also stay the next month and the one after!) for 3 days and 2 nights, and as usual we felt at home. Aunt (because she treats us with all the love she treats her nieces) Lina is an exquisite person, as is her B&B; the first time we stayed in her splendid little apartment while this time in a room on the upper floor of her house. The cleanliness, courtesy, availability, and value for money deserve a 1000 as a rating. We always had the keys to the house at our disposal to come and go as we pleased, we always found breakfast and coffee and were even told where we could find more and everything we could need. Moreover, a few hours before taking us to the bus station where we had the return bus (yes, because Casalina is also very available for the transfer to and from her B&B, even at the most unlikely hours of the morning) she prepared dinner for us and we all dined together as a family! Now, I challenge anyone to stay with her and not feel good. If then we want to nitpick, we are used to staying in 5-star hotels and we want the red carpet laid out at every step we take, that's a different story. Inconveniences can happen but I repeat, in our case, we wouldn't change these stays at Aunt Casalina's for any other place in the world.

Great welcome from Mrs. Lina, who treated us like real grandchildren the whole time. The apartment is equipped with everything and absolutely charming. Great cleanliness and great tranquility. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Rome. Highly recommended both the B&B and the owner, so courteous to pick us up and drop us off at the airport.

Particularly suitable for those, like my son, who need to go to Unicusano University, due to the proximity of the structure.\n\nNot particularly close to the center but well served by public transport.\n\nTo be taken into consideration.

I stayed at Mrs. Lina's B&B for two days with my family, there were five of us in total. The lady reserved the independent little apartment for us. We had a great time, the area is well connected to the city and you can quickly reach any place either by car or by metro. Mrs. Lina is really friendly and helpful. I recommend the B&B to all those who want to spend a few days in the capital also because the quality/price ratio is really excellent.

Excellent structure. Comfort, cleanliness, and comfort are the masters here. Mrs. Lina, the owner, is a smart and very kind woman. Always available. Only 15 minutes' walk from Unicusano. Thank you Lina. I was a guest at the property for just one night to take an exam at Unicusano. I had significant mobility difficulties and the owner, a lovely and helpful person, comforted me in everything: in movements, in meals. It's not easy to find strangers who behave like true friends. What about the apartment: perfectly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I recommend it to families, singles, and couples. Worth mentioning is the outdoor space: a small equipped garden. Greetings to Mrs. Lina and thanks again. The stay was less challenging thanks to her.
