Description

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house.

Children under the age of 11 don’t pay.

CasaCucù is located in the central area of Anguillara Sabazia, ca 600 mts away from the historic centre and the lake of Bracciano. The railway station of Anguillara Sabazia is 3, 8 km away from CasaCucù. From there it is possible to take a train to Rome or to Viterbo. The railway line is called FR3 and it takes approximately 50 minutes to get to the stations of Rome Ostiense or Trastevere and 36 minutes to the station Valle Aurelia, an important traffic junction with the metro A, wherefrom it is possible to reach the centre of Rome in just a few minutes. However if you are interested to go in the opposite direction, you can also reach Viterbo with a 50 minutes train ride.

Super nice, uncomplicated and helpful hosts, who are happy to provide many ideas and suggestions for interesting trips in the area. The medieval town of Anguillara on Lake Bracciano is a place for travelers who really want to get in touch with Italy and enjoy exploring cultural sites and nature off the beaten path. Casa Cucù is not directly in the old town, but is within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Casa Cucù is a highly recommended property. The owner, Verena, is very helpful. I chose this property for the second consecutive year because it is really comfortable and equipped with everything needed to have a good summer stay and more. The location is excellent, you can go to the lake and the historic center of Anguillara in 10 minutes on foot, and within a few minutes on foot you can reach all services (supermarkets, pharmacy, children's playground, fruit and vegetable shop...). The strengths of the little house are the shaded garden, having two bathrooms, private parking, and the location.

Casa Cucù is a gem. Being a guest of Verena felt like being at home. Casa Cucù is comfortable in every way. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The ideal place to spend peaceful days. Just a few steps from the lake. The reserved parking space inside the private park is essential. Verena is attentive and always available. I will gladly return.

Casa Cucù is really cozy, clean and equipped with everything that can be needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the house is perfect. A pleasant return. In December, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, for the second time we were guests at the nice Casa Cucù in Anguillara Sabazia. This time too, the stay was very pleasant, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Verena in welcoming us are truly priceless. Her welcome sweets were very much appreciated by us. Cleanliness, tranquility, location (we are a stone's throw from the lake and the historic center) contribute to the high standard of this property. The reserved parking space inside the fenced area is appreciable. In conclusion, we feel to promote and highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed. For our part, we will definitely return.

In Casa Cucù everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and you immediately feel pampered. The quiet location and the comfort of the bed inspire restorative sleep. The wonderful lake is a stone's throw away, as is the center of Anguillara, very well served. I spent a regenerating and fun week also thanks to the affection and sympathy of the landlady Verena and her wonderful Family. To be repeated as needed against any discomfort.

5 stars for the excellent accommodation, the friendly service and the outstanding friendliness of our hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Casa Cucù and we loved every minute of it. The rooms are new, clean, welcoming and well-furnished. You really find everything you need right in place. The hosts and their family are very friendly and helpful when it comes to suggestions for excursions. There is a beautiful garden in the back which we used for a nightly glass of wine to wind down and relax. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay soon. Highly recommended!

Casa Cucù is a delightful little house on Lake Bracciano, in Anguillara. Really clean and quiet, it has everything you need to spend a few days of serenity. The presence of the second bathroom is very useful. In essence, a quiet and comfortable little house for both families and couples. For example, my partner and I stayed there for New Year's Eve and we had a great time. Verona and his lovely family are really nice and helpful, ready to meet any request (where possible). Not to be underestimated is the proximity to the center of Anguillara, reachable in just 5 minutes on foot. Overall rating 10+ and we will definitely return.

The apartment is small but very functional, used in every part to make the stay pleasant even for two couples of friends, as well as for a family of four. Everything is new and is located in a discreet and quiet environment, close to the center of Anguillara. The managers are a very helpful, attentive, and hospitable young couple. We had a great time and recommend staying at this property also to visit Rome as we did by using the train that connects well with the capital.

An incredibly beautiful stay! Verena and Giovanni are exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts, and we felt very comfortable in their B&B. Anguillara is the ideal place to unwind. The nature reserve invites you to take walks and swim in the lake. An ideal starting point for excursions in nature away from mass tourism but also ideal for a day trip to Rome. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. A small grocery store is nearby, and the historic center as well as a large supermarket are within walking distance. Giovanni and Verena were extremely helpful and available for advice and assistance. This B&B will be a regular destination for our small family in the future.
