We are located in a safe and protected street in the neighbourhoods of Rome, just outside the historical centre, full of shops, Pizzerias, Restaurants, Bars, Market, Pharmacies, ATM, Shopping centres, parks and swimming pools
5 minutes walk from the train station with metro tram bus (ticket 1, 50 euro)
The house in an elegant building with lift is supervised by concierge, is clean and sanitized at each arrival.
Towels, sheets, bathroom kit, cleaning included.

Incredible place to stay. The rooms were great; however, if you want to be in the middle of Rome this isn't for you. You need to take one bus and one train to get to the middle of Rome where all the museums are. However, if you don't mind a little walk and a ride which takes about 30 minutes then this place is great. Even the AC is great; I consider that a huge plus. Overall, I would give the stay an eight out of ten.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde Salvia. Stefano's welcome was fantastic: he is a really kind and always helpful host. The space is impeccable, very clean, well maintained and equipped with every necessary comfort. Special mention for the breakfast, conveniently served at the Blue Ice bar and pastry shop located just below the property. The location is ideal and well served by public transport. We felt at home.

Excellent property which is better than the pictures and videos show. Stefano is an absolutely brilliant host who was kind, helpful and very accommodating with all our requests. The property is surrounded by an array of shops and eateries. The tram stop is a 15-minute walk away and takes you straight to Termini station. There is a bus service right outside the property that takes you to the metro. A taxi from the property to historic Rome or vice versa is approx. £18-20 (perfect for a family of 4) when it's late. Overall, Casa Verde Salvia made our weekend in Rome a memorable stay.

We really liked the apartment. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need. It's conveniently located, with everything nearby. You can have breakfast at the café anytime, but only once a day. There is coffee and croissants, but not just croissants; they have a variety of baked goods, and the earlier you arrive, the more extensive the selection. Coffee and croissants in the morning are just what you need. We mainly used public transportation with Google Maps, but Stefano (the owner) thoughtfully left a book in the apartment listing everything: places to visit, how to get there, and cafes to eat at. Overall, it was very helpful. There's a Japanese restaurant across the street; the sushi was delicious, as was the soup. Overall, we loved everything. Check-in was quick and easy. Stefano met us and arranged a transfer for an additional fee, which was very convenient. He was polite and always available. Overall, we really enjoyed everything and highly recommend it.

We had a really pleasant stay. The holiday home is beautiful, clean and very welcoming, cared for in the details and perfect for feeling at home. All the rooms are tidy and well organized. A special thanks to Stefano, very kind and always available for any need, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were truly very satisfied and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely apartment in a good area, about 30 minutes away from the tourist spots in Rome. They have thought of everything in the apartment; comfortable beds, nice decor, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. Lovely places to eat and drink nearby and plenty of transport options to get around. The host is incredibly friendly, generous and kind. He was checking in regularly through our stay and answered our questions immediately, so helpful. We highly recommend this apartment, good value too, and would stay again in a heartbeat!
