Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €30.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €30.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 30.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Pets may not sleep on beds
- A one-time additional cost of 40 € for final cleaning

Grazia Guesthouse is located just 3 minutes walk from the Battistini metro station with which you can reach your favorite destination in no time.

The apartment is equipped with a Vikey© home automation system with which self check-in must be done necessarily at least one day before arrival and with which you can access the apartment in total autonomy at any time after 3pm.
