Discover our cozy studio apartment, featuring a private kitchen and bathroom, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with public parking available. This residential area is very peaceful and provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Upon your arrival, you will find a selection of packaged breakfast items. The location is ideal, approximately one kilometer from the Ipogeo degli Ottavi train station, which will take you directly to St. Peter's and the center of Rome. Additionally, just 100 meters away, bus stops will easily connect you to the station. In the immediate vicinity, you will have access to various services, including pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not far away, a small shopping center offers a café and a supermarket to meet all your needs.

Alessandro is a very kind and welcoming young man. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. Nearby there is a small shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket and, right opposite, a multiplex cinema. There are also bars, pastry shops and a pharmacy a few steps away. The apartment's cleanliness is impeccable, and the accommodation itself is a real gem, perfect for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Recently built structure. New furnishings and internal services. Clean environment. Kind and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Strategic location near the station that goes to San Pietro and then taking other lines you can reach the center of Rome. Nearby there are many services including a small shopping center, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
