Discover our cozy studio apartment, featuring a private kitchen and bathroom, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with public parking available. This residential area is very peaceful and provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Upon your arrival, you will find a selection of packaged breakfast items. The location is ideal, approximately one kilometer from the Ipogeo degli Ottavi train station, which will take you directly to St. Peter's and the center of Rome. Additionally, just 100 meters away, bus stops will easily connect you to the station. In the immediate vicinity, you will have access to various services, including pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not far away, a small shopping center offers a café and a supermarket to meet all your needs.

Welcoming property with all amenities in a quiet area but close to a shopping center, post office, petrol station and more. Beautiful terrace with views of the greenery. Helpful and kind host.

I had a pleasant stay at Casa Relax. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and Alessandro was a friendly and helpful host. Communication was always pleasant despite his limited English. There were a few minor issues during my stay. The internet was not working properly when I arrived, but Alessandro managed to have it fixed the following day. Some light bulbs were missing and were also replaced quickly, although the light above the bathroom mirror remained out of order. The shower head would not stay properly in position and unfortunately could not be fixed during my stay. I also appreciated Alessandro’s help after check-out when I realised I had forgotten some clothing and he kindly offered to meet me so I could collect it. The location suited my needs in the Ottavia area, but it is less convenient for visiting central Rome, with about a 30-minute walk to the nearest train station. I also felt the price was slightly high considering the location and overall standard. Overall, a good stay with a very helpful host, and I would be happy to stay again if I needed accommodation in this part of Rome.

Grazie per la recensione Leif,no alla fine la luce del bagno funziona c'era un bottone di lato da spingere che stava in off che non si vedeva ,forse la donna delle pulizie accidentalmente per pulire l'ha cliccato,il wi -fi anche c'era da spingere un bottone di lato per ripristinare la linea 😅difatti ho sistemato tutto,le magliette te le avrei portate a Trastevere se potevo ma con il fatto che lavoro tutto il giorno non riuscivo,comunque grazie e quando vuoi ti ospiteró con piacere 🙂grazie e buona serata

Alessandro is a very kind and welcoming young man. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. Nearby there is a small shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket and, right opposite, a multiplex cinema. There are also bars, pastry shops and a pharmacy a few steps away. The apartment's cleanliness is impeccable, and the accommodation itself is a real gem, perfect for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

The accommodation is very welcoming, with a spacious living room and balcony. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Quiet and residential area, not far from the center (accessible only by public transport). Alessandro is friendly and super helpful. I recommend it.

Recently built structure. New furnishings and internal services. Clean environment. Kind and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Strategic location near the station that goes to San Pietro and then taking other lines you can reach the center of Rome. Nearby there are many services including a small shopping center, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
