Casa Luisa offers its guests three bedrooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.

The sunny apartment, completely renovated in 2009, is located in Via Cremona 21 (near Piazza Bologna) on the 4th floor of a building dating back to the first half of the nineteenth century perfectly connected to the main places of commercial interest, tourist, cultural and business.

The services offered by the house, efficient and attentive service make it a privileged place for business and professionals.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Casa Luisa is located just a stone's throw from Piazza Bologna, in a well-served and very quiet area, and Cristina is very kind and very helpful! 😊 The room cleanliness is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and there is also a small kitchenette in the room. Highly recommended! 🌟

The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary (air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine with pods and there was also a small equipped kitchenette with stove, pots, plates, etc. inside the room itself, although we personally did not use them). We stayed for two nights and we had a great time, the area is quiet but very central and close to all the main means of transport (metro, station, bus). The breakfast consisted of just some packages of toast and single servings of cookies, honey, Nutella, and jam, but there are plenty of great bars in the area so it didn't bother us. The stay went smoothly so we didn't have any particular problems, but the owner seemed very kind and helpful.

The room is very clean, equipped with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. It is located on the fourth floor in a quiet area, a short walk from the Bologna metro B, so it is very convenient. Despite being advertised as a bed & breakfast, room cleaning is included every morning. The owner is extremely kind.\n\nIf there was breakfast, it would be the top. However, in the room you will find everything you need to make yourself a coffee, some tea, and a few biscuits.\n\nHighly recommended.

The structure is fantastic, well-kept and very clean, equipped with all the comforts with great attention to details, such as mosquito nets and kitchenette. The truly spectacular aspect is Cristina, who is very kind, sweet, and very helpful. She fully understood our needs, making the stay more comfortable. Moreover, the location is exceptional. It is located a few minutes walk from Piazza Bologna and Tiburtina station, close to public transport. The area is quiet and full of services.

Cristina is a fantastic, welcoming, and friendly host. The house is very clean and spacious, equipped with the essentials you may need for your stay. The condominium is quiet and the beds are comfortable. Metro station is just a few steps away from the house and there are several services in the area. Highly recommended place to visit Rome in full comfort.

Great location near the "Bologna" metro station of line B. The room was very clean and equipped with every comfort including a useful cooking area if needed: maybe just missing a microwave but this doesn't change the positive judgment. For breakfast, we used products we brought from home but there was a wide choice of sweet products and a coffee pod machine available. Finally, a mention for the owner who welcomed us with a smile and made us feel comfortable, also offering luggage storage service after check-out.

Cozy and clean room with bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony. Everything is perfectly functional and well taken care of in detail. Despite being in a very lively neighborhood with many bars, the room is quiet. Cristina is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent: the Bologna neighborhood is close to the center and well connected, it's a neighborhood where you can find everything.

Perfect structure for those looking for a good value for money. The rooms are perfect in size and services available, excellent cleanliness and the owner is really kind and super helpful. The distance from the center may be a hindrance for those who prefer to avoid the use of transport and their times, but the proximity to the metro and bus stops is definitely a plus. Really satisfied, I highly recommend Casa Luisa!

Cozy structure, very clean, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, possibility to use the kitchenette, newly built building, abundant breakfast, the owner of the structure proved to be immediately kind and made herself available for every request, she even satisfied us for the check-in time not exactly easy for us, but she proved to be immediately available, we will definitely return and recommend it because it also has an excellent quality/price ratio. The area is well served by all means, a neighborhood rich in bars, restaurants, and shops, and last but not least, a 10-minute walk from Tiburtina station.

Ho utilizzato la struttura per una notte. Purtroppo non sono dotati di camere singole e ho avuto un piccolo sconto sul prezzo della matrimoniale. La camera, con balcone al quarto piano, è molto luminosa, armadietto e comodini di nuova fattura. Sopra lo scrittoio una piccola tv a schermo piatto e telecomando per aria condizionata. Il bagno, non grande, è dotato di asciugacapelli, e ha un' ampia finestra che ritengo importantissima. C'è un piccolo cucinotto fornito del necessario, compresa macchina da caffè con cialde. Non l'ho utilizzato, non so se disponga di altro per la colazione. La posizione è molto buona. Metro Bologna della linea B. Tre fermate dalla Stazione Termini. Nel quartiere, molto carino, ci sono diverse soluzioni per mangiare e ottime pasticcerie. Cristina, il gestore di Casa Luisa, molto cordiale. Ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio fino al pomeriggio.

Ottimo B&B molto pulito, silenzioso, gestito da una giovanissima proprietaria sorridente, gentile e molto carina. Arredamento simpatico e accattivante, buone finiture con soluzioni intelligenti (zanzariere in anche nella porte finestre). Unico appunto la mancanza di uno specchio in camera (solo uno sul lavabo del bagno). Anche la colazione, probabilmente, andrebbe arricchita anche se è giusto segnalare la presenza gradita ed opportuna in camera di una macchina espressa per il caffè con tante capsule di un noto e buon caffè a disposizione.

Camera molto accogliente e pulita, con possibilità di cucinare. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla ma al tempo stesso in posizione strategica per poter prendere bus o metropolitana per il centro. Ottima esperienza.

Ho scelto di pernottare due notti in questa struttura (sfortunatamente non era disponibile per il periodo da me indicato). Struttura recentissima con aria condizionata. Pulizia molto elevata (e non è da sottovalutare). Posizione strategica (a pochi passi dalla stazione Bologna). Cucina funzionale e attrezzatissima per chi ne volesse usufruire. Colazione non molto ricca, ma è l'ultimo degli aspetti a cui penserete soggiornando li. Da considerare come prima scelta per il mio prossimo soggiorno.
