The flat is placed in the heart of Garbatella, one of the most ancient and picturesque districts of Roma Center. This district is a crucial and ideal point for magic and romantic holiday or tourist or working resorts and it is recommended to all the people that have to go to the center for business, stages and study, for its extreme proximity at a lot of places of artistic and archaeological, financial and political interest of “Eternal Town”. It is nearest to Polo Didattico and to Third University. The apartment is at 150 m from the Garbatella Stop of the underground line B, that reaches the EUR (in 15 min.), the Basilica of S. Paul (in 5 min.), the Pyramid (in 3 min.), with its links with Fiumicino Airport and Ostiense Railway Station (Air-Terminal to Fiumicino Airport that you will reach in 30 min. and to Fiera di Roma that you will reach in 20 min.), Circo Massimo and Aventino-FAO (in 5 min.), the Colosseum (in 10 min.), Termini Railway Station (in 12 min.), Policlinico and Sapienza University (in 15 min.). At 100m from the flat, there is a supermarket. Then, you have an embarrassingly wide choice for numerous, fast-foods, cafes, confectioner shops and typical and picturesque “trattorias” and taverns that offer you wine and the savoury Roman cousine. The apartment consists of 2 double bedroom (with internal bathroom with shower), 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 family-bathroom, 1 family-kitchen and 1 dining-room. Free Hi-Fi and internet, TV and Central Heating in every room. Naturally, you will find everything for your breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, bread, biscuits, jams French toasts, soft drinks, sweets, and chocolates.

I was very happy with my stay at B&B Garbata! I stayed 6 nights, then left for 5 nights and returned for 3 more before departing Rome -- so a total of 9 nights. Guido was always available via the WhatsApp application on my phone. I considered their posted nightly cost to be very reasonable and the arrangement worked out quite well for me. The facility had a shared bath and kitchen for use while there. I was often the only one staying there, of the 3 rooms available. Because I was not able to use my phone without having to pay fees, my only use of it while there was the WhatsApp, and T-Mobile service on my phone still allowed free texting to/from the U.S., so I did not require anything more. My room was very comfortable, with closet space and a shelf to put some of my things on. The AC worked fine, and I had a window that had a European style shade that can be pulled up or down to either have sun or total darkness, which was nice. Also, there was a balcony off the kitchen that I liked, and I often ate breakfast out there. Additionally, the building is security locked. You have to have a key to enter the property, then another to access the building itself -- so quite a safe arrangement. Also, there is an elevator to get up to the 5th floor (keep in mind that in Europe, the first floor is called the ground floor, then one up is 1st floor, on up. I considered the room to be quite safe, and it worked out perfect for me, as I did take off to Florence (Firenze) for 5 days, then returned for my last 3 (which allowed me to leave my locked suitcase at the property, and only take my smaller backpack to Firenze. Also nice that the subway stop was only about a 10 minute walk from there. All in all, I say again that my room was a terrific bargain for being in the city of Rome.

Friendly, kind, helpful, warm, attentive, and caring owner. Comfortable, convenient, clean, well-equipped accommodation located in a nice setting. Close to the Ostiense train station (convenient for reaching Fiumicino) and near the metro stop (line B); the area is well-served (supermarkets, hairdressers, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants, tobacco shops). I recommend it.

I stayed here with a friend during the first days of September and I had a great time from the beginning. The owner is a delightful person, he offered to pick us up at the metro stop even though it was literally a 5-minute walk, he helped us find all the places to visit. Especially on the last day, I was feeling unwell physically, in the evening I had the train to go back home but it was late to find a pharmacy open at that time. Desperate, I wrote to him for help and without asking twice, he immediately made himself available to come to the B&B and bring me something to ease the strong stomach ache.

I was in Rome for a conference and I had a great time, the manager was very helpful and kind, good location in the characteristic Garbatella. The property is clean and equipped with every comfort. Already booked for my next commitments.

The welcome from the very friendly owner immediately puts you in a good mood. The room where I stayed is located in a condominium in the Garbatella district. There are two single beds, a small private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet (no bidet), table, wardrobe, balcony. Available are milk, juice, snacks, cookies, and some coffee pods for the coffee machine located in the shared kitchen. The property is just a few steps from the metro and other amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants. Very positive experience!

Highly recommended! Guido very kind in all senses, we had a small problem with the documents and even on this very predisposed and helpful, as for the structure everything in order, clean, close to the metro to reach any area of the city.

Clean structure, but in 4 nights of stay, we didn't see anyone even to take out the trash. At the end of the stay, we didn't know where to put it anymore. Ridiculous breakfast. For 3 people for 4 nights, we were given a package of cookies, a package of pre-packaged Conad snacks, a liter of milk, coffee, and a juice upon arrival. So, apart from the first morning, we were forced to have breakfast at the bar. A shared kitchen was available to the customer, very convenient. Great location, very close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood. More like a shared apartment than a bed and breakfast, but don't call it a bed and breakfast because breakfast is practically non-existent.

The excellent accommodation, it is close to the metro that allows you to reach the center of Rome in a maximum of 20 minutes. The facilities are clean and comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The manager, Guido, always very attentive to everything I needed. I would return without a doubt.

Very simple but clean structure, I found myself well being at a good distance from the training center and the metro. In the vicinity there is also the supermarket. The manager and his mother are super helpful.

Great Bed and Breakfast located near Garbatella stop (Metro B). The manager Guido is very kind and available for any information and request. Wide selection of shops and supermarkets. Nearby large park area with access for dogs.
