Description
Casa Ferrini awaits you in the historic district of Cinecittà. It is a vacation home exclusively for guests and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a table and a French sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a window and shower.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a kettle.

The Metro A - Subaugusta station is a 750-meter walk from the house, from where you can reach the center of Rome in 15/20 minutes.

In the neighborhood, you will find typical restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a pharmacy, shops, bars, and the first shopping center born in Rome - Cinecittà 2 - with McDonald's and a Japanese restaurant.

A 10-minute walk away are the Cinecittà Studios, which offer tours for adults and children. Street parking is free. The property is located on the first floor and requires climbing 10 steps, so it is not recommended for people with difficulty walking.

Top marks for this apartment, well served by the metro. You can easily reach the city centre, Termini station and, of course, the airport. There are charming shops nearby and an excellent selection of bars for amazing breakfasts. I recommend everyone meet an owner so helpful and full of good advice. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay – my second time in Casa Ferrini! 🌟 This was my second stay at Fausto's apartment and, once again, everything was perfect. Fausto is a fantastic host: very caring, helpful, and attentive. The apartment is clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The location is great: close to the metro for easy access to the city center, with a shopping mall, excellent food stores, cafés, and other services nearby. Despite being so central, the area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended—I'll definitely be back again!
