This apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic 19th-century building and features a living room with exposed wooden beams, which served as Federico Fellini's private studio from 1972 to 1976. The spacious area, overlooking Via Sistina, includes a dining table for six, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils, and a small pantry.
The two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, provide comfort and privacy, while the two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool tub with chromotherapy. Recently renovated and opened to the public in May 2025, the apartment incorporates modern technological solutions, including touch light control, courtesy lighting at the entrance, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and devices for playing music and multimedia content, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Although the type of accommodation does not include any breakfast or service other than the provision of accommodation and linens, in the small kitchen you will find, in addition to the coffee machine with the relevant pods, also a bottle of milk, biscuits, rusks, butter and jams and sometimes even a homemade tart, so even those who had a late check-in, and did not have the opportunity to go to the supermarket around the corner, can enjoy a breakfast and immediately start enjoying their stay with us.
